メリタス カントリーサイド リゾート - ロナバラ(Meritas Countryside Resort Lonavala)

I celebrated the New Year’s Eve, very good for families with kids, as there is kids play area, swimming pool, indoor play area. Their breakfast had lots of options, chola bhatura and wada sambhar were best. The two staff, I would like to mention is Pankaj and Sidhant very Obedient and helpful.

The place is relatively new and very neat. The ambience is very good and the rooms are spacious. The property is in a smaller and secluded are with around 30+ individual rooms. We stayed during Christmas time and the place was well lit. Surprisingly this has everything required for a family stay. There is a park, swimming pool, an Indoor games room with Billiards, Fuse ball, TT, Carroms etc. The restaurant has good options and the Breakfast spread was pretty good. The restaurant food can be a bit better. However, they are pretty strict with breakfast timings (ends at 10:30 AM) as we were denied the juice for kids when we requested the same at 10:40 AM. The property does not have a bar but allows alcohol consumption (own bottle) within the room. Their room service is pretty fast as well. Overall a good experience but a few relaxations to accommodate guest requests regarding breakfast would be great.

had the loveliest time here. it's classy resort with the sweetest and very well-trained staff. the food is delicious and homely, the rooms are clean and the location is perfect too (not too far from the market place but far enough for some peace and trees). loved it.

Well maintained resort... Food served is tasty.... Swimming pool was clean.... Game zone is well maintained.... Housekeeping Boys Sameer & Rahul were best in their work.... Overall experience was excellent.... Will definitely visit again....

Everything is nice here in countryside other than some issues that need to fixed ASAP Like loose faucets & less of toiletries which can be looked upon The pool seems nice but is too small looking at the size of the property Resturant needs to have more extensive menu Anyways service is on point, staff seems polite and cooperative Enjoying the stay here! :)

We recently stayed at Country meritas for a family trip, and it was simply fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish specially thank you for the manager Sanjay he always considers guest requirements and helps to make them comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel is always so inviting, and we love how it feels like a home away from home. The food, as usual, was delicious, and it's one of the reasons we keep coming back. Our family trip couldn't have gone smoother, thanks to the wonderful experience we had at this hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!"

Loved the housekeeping staff Rahul and Kaushal's work and behaviour. The Meritas Countryside resort is very quiet, serene, luxurious and excellent housekeeping staff( especially Rahul and Kaushal). If anyone wants to visit a quiet lonavala with a tinge of Goa vibes, this place is definitely recommended!

The service is awesome. Food is the best.The food served by head chef Vinod and Mukesh was one of the best thing enjoyed in this property. Siddhant, Deepak and Suman are the best person with always a good smile on face and lovely service. Loved place
