We booked a 2 queen bed room and were given an ADA suite with 1 bed. My kids are younger so we used the pull out sofa, but the bedding bag was open and not clean. Staff were very fast and friendly to get us more bedding, though they did tell us they searched all over and it was the last available which made us feel like the request was a hardship for them. When I told the desk we had 2 beds reserved (clearly on the reservation) I was told I did not. This could be an issue as it was booked on *******, but clearly my email showed what was booked.
