残念ながらメンテナンスが不十分なホテル。滞在中にコンセントが焼けてしまいました。食事はとても平均的です。バスルームの技術的なダクトが閉まりませんでした…。スタッフはとても親切なので残念です。

I m disappointed during the stay. I feel hotel is struggling to maintain it. Staff is lack basics. They don’t know how to deal. Even after clear instructions on booking, they provided wrong room. Food is just ok. Service is very slow even for simple coffee needs to wait for 10min. I felt as reviews are far from reality.

At the outset, I want to clarify that I am not affiliated with the hotel in any way. This is solely my personal opinion. As I understand, this hotel has been in operation for 38 years. I must emphasize that everything is impeccably clean. I would rate the toilets, beds, lobby, and general facilities on the ground floor as A+. The food served here is also exceptional. The staff members are extremely courteous, and I must commend the front receptionist, Bhumica, for her professionalism. Regarding the room tariff, it's approximately Rs. 5000+ per night. If within your budget, I highly recommend anyone visiting Hassan to consider staying here. Additionally, there is a lovely jewelry shop within the hotel compound, adding to the convenience and charm of the place.

This was a gem of a place. Did not expect to find a hotel of this caliber in a small place like Hassan! Room was very clean, the staff super helpful. The hotel rooms and lobby have quaint furniture and fixtures that have been maintained well. Appreciated the modern (and clean) bathrooms. The grounds have old well established vegetation - I had never seen money-plant with 3 foot wide leaves before!! The onsite restaurant(s) offered both Indian and Western dishes. There was a pool as well but we did not use it - we were too busy admiring the ancient Hoysala sites around Hassan ! The hotel is not listed on US travel sites. I found the hotel through the Karnataka Tourism site. Booked the hotel by calling directly. The ***ager even helped us with getting transportation for sightseeing (the hotel has a travel desk). The car and the driver they provided were excellent. All in all, a memorable stay.

The hotel is located in a central and convenient location. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Bhumika from the front desk was super helpful during the reservation and checkin. Would definitely recommend this place for a family stay.

Very nice hospitality and very good service. Staff is very polite. The ambience is good. Location is also very good. Food spread out is very good and tasty. Quite a memorable trip. All my friends enjoyed the trip. Best memories

We had a wonderful stay here as a family. Spacious rooms, good food and amazing service. The location is also great(city centre). ***agers and staff were very courteous and prompt. Will definitely stay here whenever I visit Hassan.

Seems that there is sharp degradation of this property. They always have a changing staff that is very inexperienced. The senior ***agement does not seem concerned. Food quality has deteriorated and new staff does no see to care. Almost same foe housekeeping of the property. Will review again after completing stay.

Dear Team Hassan Ashhok, I would like to put on record my utmost appreciation of the beautiful time we had at your wonderfully charming Hotel in the city. (2 Dbls - 4Adults...) Our 3-Day stay in Rooms 203 & 204 (...if memory serves me right...), from the 13th to the 16th of October, was indeed very pleasant and has left us well refreshed & rejuvenated. The well appointed rooms, ***** with the courtesies provided; the warm personalised touch in all services; has left a remarkable impact on our minds. We only have happy thoughts & memories of your Hotel and would request you to convey our heartfelt thanks to all members of your efficient team, especially your team at the Front-Desk, the Executives and Staff at the Restaurant & Bar, the efficient Housekeeping-Team, the Chef & his creative Kitchen-Brigade… and also to your Horticulturists. In fact, everyone I came across (...the Pool-Staff, the Maintenance Personnel, the Security-Staff...), was always very courteous, proactive and helpful. I particularly loved the delicious food (buffet + a-la-carte), which had loads of variety, and also the snacks at the Bar, during the cocktail-hours (...not to mention of the refreshing tipples there...)! I also liked the well maintained gardens & water-bodies, and the lovely accents, like the picture-frames, small artifacts etc..., in the room, bathroom & the public-areas... very thoughtfully done indeed. Stale food served in buffet. We visited ***** with my kids and took buffet service on 22nd afternoon. Now all of us àre down with stomach pain, loose motion and sickness. Hygiene is most wanted in this place. Flies around the place where food is kept. Will Never recommend anyone this place

Dirty hotel, bad food, internet never works, water is not always available, air conditioning almost never works, the basic rules against the basic prevention of Covid 19 are not applied. The restaurant is dirty and the food is at the buffet, guests do not wear the mask and serve themselves at the buffet without any problem. The General ***ager has been repeatedly solicited but his response is always the same, guest is guest. Unfortunately there is no other decent alternative in the area. We have been guests of this structure for several months, and as always happens, knowing that we pay and that we do not leave they treat us badly. The restaurant staff is in training often abandoned to themselves, they do not speak English well, breakfast should open at 7:30 but before 8:00 it is impossible to have breakfast, the tables are dirty, the orders are very late to arrive and most of the time they are wrong or poorly cooked. We also use the taxi service of the hotel, it is impossible to receive a service adapted to our needs, they often forget to pick us up, the last time I waited at the airport 3 and a half hours for the arrival of the driver, it is really difficult to deal with these people, to every request, whether written or spoken, YES Sir or Sure Sire always respond and punctually they never do what they have to. It is a real sadness in 2022 to witness these experiences.

Location, ambience, rooms and food were good. We had prior booking with full payment. But we were surprised when we were informed during check in that there was no intimation of our booking. Still they took some time, checked and accommodated us. They admitted it was miscommunication between their staff. Buffet ***agement was poor. Most of the time the staff failed to respond to simple requests. The crockery on ***y occasions were not clean.
