It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

ゲゲストIf you want to break your long journey while going to Koh Lipe, then Casa 33 seems to be the best place in Hat Yai. We arrive at Casa 33 at around 10ish in the morning from a long flight journey. The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai. In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa 33. Cheers, Parth
DDorisTiewI recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions.
The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence.
What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest.
Overall, my experience at here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return for another stay!
ゲゲストThe hotel style is my favourite. The room is clean and nice but I don't like the toilet and bathroom that is in the same space of bedroom. In addition , the lift is weird haha, it closes quickly but not a problem. However, overall is nice;staff, location etc. It is another impressive hotel in Hat Yai.

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
