The family rooms were probably good 30 years ago... The paint on the windows falling down, the window was punctured in the corner. The room was no chips friendly (as you would expect by the name) - the window was going almost all the way to he floor and it was possible to open it completely

The standard of the room clearly doesn’t match the price. Either the hotel needs a total renovation of rooms, or the price needs to be matched to the standard of the rooms. Breakfast was great.

I wouldn't normally stay here, but my usual hotel in Haugesund was full. Cheap and plentiful parking close by was a good start, far cheaper than other places in Haugesund. Check was very efficient and then to the room. Very outdated, furniture looked old and tatty and the walls could have done with being painted. The bathroom was small, cramped and difficult to move around in. The location is very good, easy to walk to restaurants and the waterfront in Haugesund. I wouldn't stay here again unless my usual hotel was fully booked

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. That’s about where the good stops. The hotel seems extremely outdated and old. There was a bad smell of urine in the entire fifth floor where we stayed. The room was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found hairs in the sink, among other things.

Bad experience. Pretty basic experience for the price. At least looked clean. Don't go, you can choose way better places with better services for that price. We went there because we needed to go to Haugesund Hospital, and it was 10 mins walking.

Great town location, modern, clean rooms. Wide breakfast selection of good quality. Compact rooms, especially bathrooms, but functional.

the hotel rooms are very old. my bed was making many noises and the bathroom was not good. also cleaning was an issue. the breakfast is amazing + you have access to a modern gym next door.
