The hotel was filthy! No pillow cases No bathroom towels nor rugs Toilet paper holder all rusty and they still shoved the roll in Fridge rusty The reception when we went to check in had piles and piles of linens and pillows on table, chairs and on the floor. Just a big scary dump 😡 Need a refund immediately When my husband asked for towels and pillow cases the receptionist just grabbed them from the pile 🤔 A DUMP and I will give it a big 0 !! The health depar**ent needs to visit the place and Howard Johnson Should NOT be proud of making part of such a horrific place.

It's like a choose your own adventure book. Sometimes your room sucks. Sometimes it's okay.

The staff is rude, the property is deteriorating, and you will not feel safe to fall asleep. The bathrooms are gross, the windows are broken, and the internet sucks.

Hotel ver dirty, TV doesnt work, internet doesn't work. The room is full of bugs. Couldn't take a shower because there was no water and when someone came a fixed it, i still couldn't take a shower because it was to hard to open.

The worst experience ever. Water damage, no hot water, deactivated smoke detector, shenanigans in the parking lot. Someone banging on my door at 1:00AM, of course I didn't answer. Only stayed 1 of the 2 nights pre-paid. I'd rather sleep in the car.

Do NOT stay here! I get "under new management," and they are trying to get things updated. But the room was not what I would consider guest ready. The hosts were not hospitality oriented. They office door was locked after I checked in, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call for assistance with my room. The old faucet was still in the room on the counter. There were no towels, no soap, and no toilet paper. There were no towel bars, even if there were towels. Lights did not turn on with the switch. The pictures of the room on their site are NOT what you get. The door to the room was not secure...one lock was not working. And the area did not feel safe. I have no idea if wifi worked, as I did not feel safe. I requested a refund after waiting out in front of the office, and they said they do not give refunds. The hosts were extremely rude when available.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! IT IS UNSAFE!! When I checked in I found drug baggies IN the bed so the sheets weren't cleaned. no WiFi despite them continually lying and giving me new passwords that won't connect. NO WATER for over 24 hours. Roaches galore despite bug bombing and combat gel. I'm fleeing. don't make my mistake. Rooms: I was supposed to have 2 beds, a room with a mini fridge, a microwave, a desk. the first room I got had no microwave, no desk but the bottom part of an old broken office chair. when I told the front they moved my room but it hadn't been cleaned as I pointed out and was told no that's what they look like, only to have the cleaner come up behind us and say "yeah it's still dirty" so I got moved to a THIRD room, with one bed instead of two, but at least there's a microwave (with roach eggs) and a desk. oh wait but the fridge didn't have shelves. let's ask for them. they gave me a shelf that was too small and shrugged. I had to take the shelves out of another fridge that was sitting in front of a room, unplugged and warm but still had food in it. classy. no towels, had to ask for those. at least I didn't have to steal those from another room. I was up early for the complimentary breakfast, but the lobby doors were locked. the complimentary breakfast they advertise isn't a real thing. good thing, I probably would have been sick with how gross everything is. pictures attached. Service: well, when the WATER SHUT OFF FOR OVER 24 HOURS I got yelled at for waking up the lobby person at 7:45 am. it must be nice to have a job where you can sleep in. when I complained and asked for the managers number they must have called the maintenance guy and said I complained because they banged on my door and was like it's COLD and we had to dig down 2 feet. maybe if the owners weren't so cheap they could have fixed it 3 months ago when someone else complained. Roaches. despite me bombing the room twice. I have videos of me killing them attached. disgusting rooms with breaks in the wall where you can tell someone punched it/shoved someone into it. the sounds of people fighting all night, and to top it off no water. don't stay here. there is literally no redeeming quality.

Never have had it happen where I arrived at a hotel with a reservation and no one was there to check in or advise as to any problems, etc. Inconvenient, annoying, inconsiderate by operators, frustrating, just bad management!
