My 12 year old daughter is now staying in a hotel with a group of dancers and a coaching staff. We ordered a package from Amazon with a phone for her at the hotel, because she lost hers. Although we have messages from Amazon that the package arrived exactly at the address of the hotel and was delivered at the reception, there is an exact time of delivery. The hotel continues to claim that they did not receive it. Does the hotel have cameras to check?
El hotel no tiene buen olor, vi alguna cucaracha, por el precio que pague no amerita regresar, no me gusto, mala atención, el único detalle que tuvieron por casi 9 noches de alojamiento fue darme 2 horas mas para el check out.
