The front sofa bed, when extended out, tightly touched the front of the king bed, and this left zero room to maneuver around it. I had to climb over my wife to use the bathroom. Easily the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in. The pics are deceiving, this is not a suit. The shower was more spacious than the rest of the room itself, no kidding. The TV was too slow to use; Netflix wouldn't play shows. Plus, due to the lack of space, the TV was awkwardly placed on the wall next to the bed instead of in front of the bed like most places. We requested four extra pillows (we were three people) but got only two extra due to hotel policy. The beds were firm and uncomfortable and none of us slept well. The breakfast was equally, if not more, disappointing. Anywhere else would have been preferable.

Clean spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

This is a very clean unit and a full breakfast was included with the stay. Would stay again.

Excellent hot breakfast. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Only complaint when you pull the hide a bed out it takes all the space in the room. You cannot walk at the end of the bed or at the end of the hide a bed. No space. Only complaint.

Nice place to stay in Hays. Stayed next door at another hotel a few times and had a miserable experience. Definitely recommend TownePlace

This property has been my family's evening stopover for many years on the way to and/or from Colorado. For us, it has been strictly and stop and sleep hotel. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are convenient and very clean. Breakfast is ok and does the trick, but oftentimes we simply grab a bite in the morning at ihop next door. Other dining options are close and convenient. I will continue to stay here.

Clean, comfortable, easy to park, perfect for an overnight stay while driving I70

The room was great! Bed very comfy & clean. We did expect the breakfast to be a little better, not good choice of food, would have been nice to have biscuits & gravy or waffles as options too. Our eggs & bacon were cold.

The room was nice but the breakfast was lacking!! No biscuits and gravy as on most hotel breakfast and little to choose from! Also a $40.00 hold was put on my card “in case” and as yet to come off!!
