Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.

Good location, but the staff is not friendly((it was raining and they gave us one umbrella for two. They charged an additional fee for the room 40RMB, this was not pleasant, since on the website it was less. Water no more than two bottles for two people, 1 liter in total. The rest of the water is on request and for a fee. It used to be better, but unfortunately the staff has deteriorated.

Really nice hotel in Heihe. Great location near pedestrain street, not too far from the waterfront, and also lots of restaurants around. The staff is super kind and nice, and do a good job across the language barrier.

В целом отель нам понравился, все новое и современное, есть типичные китайские завтраки. Так же во всем отеле используется их линейка косметики с запахом, конечно, лаванды. Изначально заказали три номера (две пары и дети). Всем выдали номера с прозрачной стенкой в ванне, которую нельзя было закрыть, сказали об этом на ресепшене и они заменили один номер на обычный (где ванная и туалет без прозрачной стенки). Будьте к этому готовы и заранее, если что предупреждайте персонал. Так же в номерах со стеклянной стенкой в ванне было окно( в туалете) и с него постоянно дуло, было холодно принимать душ. А в номере с обычной ванной не было вытяжки. Расположение гостиницы хорошее, Хуа Фу был прямо через квартал, а рядом много небольших магазинчиков и кафешек, так же есть сетевое кафе типо кфс, обязательно попробуйте! В самих номерах было очень тепло, мы были в самые холода и внутри температура была около +30, так же есть увлажнители.

Хороший, чистый отель. Легкое бронирование, расположение удобное, можно и прогуляться и все рядом. Классные подушки и одеяло😁 Отличное место чтобы выспаться.

Our Heihe hotel stay was pleasant. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with a spotless lobby and daily room service. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

在美麗的黑河城市，入住這家酒店成為了我旅途中的一大亮點。前台工作人員的熱情讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温馨，他們不僅熱心，還為我升級到了套房，讓我倍感驚喜。房間佈置得大氣而整潔，整個環境給人一種端莊舒適的感覺，在黑河市可以説是數一數二的住宿選擇。酒店自帶的洗浴設施也非常方便，讓人洗去旅途的疲憊。此外，酒店的地理位置優越，位於市中心，無論去哪裡都十分便捷。而且，這裏還經常有俄羅斯朋友光顧，足見其受歡迎程度。總的來説，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，值得推薦給每一個來黑河的朋友。

It’s a very nice hotel! The stuff is very polite and well trained, the room is big enough and cozy (I also loved the mattress)  - it’s winter, however, it’s hot inside. It takes a bit time to get used to light buttons, but it’s okay :)

衞生清潔和服務我認為做的很好。 環境一般，酒店二樓有酒吧或者舞廳，晚上睡覺聽的很清楚，不過我們沒有受到打擾，太累了。 前台服務有位小夥子服務很好，房間的水壺和電視有問題都能及時處理。 早餐我認為最差，一個人衹能吃一個雞蛋，而且不到早上八點鐘，即使空了沒菜也不再添加。雖然早餐20元一位，不貴，但是這樣的早餐我第一次吃。我在別的酒店也吃過早餐，雞蛋從來就不限量。如果你們限量早餐，就應該註明或者加錢啊！ 總的來説：我認為酒店最注意是衞生清潔設備好，早餐是小問題。這家酒店不錯，環境也好，可以入住。

ホテルはとても良いです。部屋のタイプは古いですが、清潔で整頓されています。 1階のロビーには大きなスーパーマーケットがあり、ロシアのワインとチョコレートはとても良く、手頃な価格です。最もお勧めのことは、19階の朝食ルームがとても良いことです。景色は広く、無敵の川の景色を楽しみ、ロシアの小さな町を見下ろすのはすごいです!料理は種類が豊富ですが、味は普通です。牛乳の上に厚いバターが浮かんでいます。
