Villa Sieponpesä is a high-quality kelo log villa for a comfortable holiday. Villa is located on a hillside and the terrace offers great views over a lake Ala-Rääveli. 28 km to the northeast from Heinola, lake Ala-Rääveli 40 m (length 15 km, width 1,3 km), hard, stone/gravel bottom, water depth at the end of the pier is approx. 2 m, rowing boat. Log cabin 2016, living room/kitchen with sofa bed (130 cm), three bedrooms (10 m²) each with two beds, wide mattress pad for each room (can be used for attaching single beds as a double bed), separate WC, washroom with WC and shower cubicle, no sauna in the cabin. In the loft (about 20 m²) 120 cm bed and work desk. Air source heat pumps for heating and cooling in the loft and on the ground floor. There is a baby cot, a highchair and a potty in the cottage. Lakeside sauna with wood-burning sauna stove, shower, kitchenette in the fireplace room. NOTE! Only for 8 persons! Not for teenagers. Villa Sieponpesä is located on a natural hillside plot, long stairs lead to the beach. The lakeside sauna can also be reached by car. Villa Murdoc is an exclusive log villa completed in 2014, located in the heart of the Finnish Sports Academy in Vierumäki. Within a short walk, you can find all the services of Vierumäki, from golf to bowling, from the swimming beach to tennis and from horse riding to the spa. Villa Murdoc is perfectly suited as a holiday destination for a family or group of up to 6 people. The beach is in shared use with the owner. The house is made from the building blocks, cement rendering (built in 2005). The owner lives in the smaller part of the house. Own entrance on the other side of the building. Lake suite is designed for a quiet, relaxing family retreat (with kids). It's not allowed to have any party in this house to guarantee peace in the neighborhood. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers. Living room with sofa, one sleeping site (90 x 200 cm) by using a separate mattress pad on the sofa, kitchen, dining area with sofa bed for one, bedroom with Yankee bed 160x200 cm, bedroom with 3 single beds (80x200 cm), WC with shower, glazed terrace.
