We asked to be switched into a room that was equally priced, but would accommodate our needs. She refused to help because we had booked through the app. Just a terrible, uncomfortable situation to have to sit on a shower chair instead of a sofa…- overall, the hotel is in need of updating, staff training, and a good cleaning.
