Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.

It was a very quick and easy check-in. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love the access to hot cocoa, tea, coffee and juices at any time in the evening or morning. Very friendly staff.

We had somebody talking into a cellphone in the nwxt room and could hear every word. I put a blanket at the bottom of the door that connecta the two roos.but the door is super thin.

When pulling up to this hotel we were not impressed, it definitely could use some work. Once inside the staff was very friendly. The rooms are large and clean but the bathrooms not so great. The bathrooms could use some upgrades and definitely some bleach. There was mildew on the walls and the shower head needed changed. The full breakfast could also use some help, sausage and eggs and some bagels and toast don't really make it a full breakfast.

We are driving home from my dad’s funeral. Made the reservation on my phone while we were driving. Accidentally booked the ADA room instead of the room with the sofa. We asked to be switched into a room that was equally priced, but would accommodate our needs. She refused to help because we had booked through the app. Just a terrible, uncomfortable situation to have to sit on a shower chair instead of a sofa…- overall, the hotel is in need of updating, staff training, and a good cleaning.

The staff was amazing! They greeted with a smile and was very helpful with any questions we had!

Very polite and professional staff. I arrived late, but was given all due courtesy and the staff was cordial and advised me of all amenities and availabilities.

We like the property. It was well looked after. I didn’t really care for the pilllows.
