Not happy that the pool and hot tub were down our entire stay as we came for a hockey tourny! They should offer a reduced rate/discount! Or at least let us know so we could book somewhere different for our hockey kids!!

Constantly smells extremely terrible in the hallways and main areas (room smells fine), pool is barely heated and hot tub not working. No staff to be found when you need assistance.

Very comfortable bed. Room was spotless and the front desk gal Andrea(not sure how she dpelled her name)was a joy to be around. She was very accommodating,friendly and made us feel valued and welcome. We definitely will be repeat guests.

Sadly the service is going downhill. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was sp****. A group came in early and they failed to replenish unless asked. This was at 830 am and they were open until 1000.

Was in town for an appoin**ent and needed a place to stay. The front desk sraff were friendly. Hot breakfast buffet in the morning
The building is older so that is what it it, but no complaints

I will stay here again just because the young ladies at the front desk were so apt at checking us in, and after a long day on the road, their friendly cheerfulness was abig destressor.
frankly, I was disgusted wit the exercise room. The elliptial machine didn't work, and the multi exercise machine was out of order. there was no disinfectant to wipe down the exercise machines.
But, I'll stay there again because of the ease of check in, and the great staff at the desk.

It was ok. The front desk staff was nice. The room had a distinct smell of old cigarette smoke. I think it could have been trapped in the old curtains and/ or carpet. It could definitely use an update. The beds were very uncomfortable. We all had terrible sleeps. Not great for a four hour drive home.
