NOT the good night’s sleep I was looking for. Fire alarm went off twice, man in the hallway (an employee?) shouting, flashing lights outside from a fire department truck.

Breakfast was pretty sad. At 7:30am no fruit left, apple juice was water, orange juice tasted like water with a hint of orange, but the cranberry cocktail was good! Gravey looked like the crockpot was on high and burning areas, but that was probably because there only a tiny bit left in the container. Gentleman at front desk could care less about anything except his cell phone. Be advised this location has alot of construction workers. The diesel trucks backed up towards the rooms are a real joy to listen to as they run for over 30min. beginning at 6am.

One of the rooms in our party hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 9pm. Mattresses weren’t even on the beds. My room was supposed to be double beds and had one king

I had a reservation for a month and a half for this hotel. I was called the day of me checking into my hotel, that my reservation was CANCELLED. Very disappointing! All the guy could tell me was sorry and that their building was out of operation. I asked him if he could help me get another reservation somewhere and he just said "NO". I had to call around while I was on the road to try and book another hotel. I ended up booking a hotel that was distasteful (I'll just say that). Once at the hotel and seeing the distastefulness of the hotel room, I had to reserve another room at a more comfortable hotel stay for the duration of my visit with family and friends. I can't really tell about my stay because my reservation was cancelled. But it really was an inconvenience to be cancelled like that from a hotel inwhich you had reserved one month and a half ahead of time and they cancel the reservation the day you are supposed to check-in.

very clean friendly staff and rooms are clean prices are a little steep i think and not really worth the price for a 1 night stay i think the hotel would do a lot better if prices was lower for truck drivers

The rates were reasonable and the room was clean, but parts were looking pretty dated, especially the tub. The provided toiletries are appreciated but it would be better for the environment if they were in large dispensers in the shower, so that less plastic waste would be generated. There was a bit of a funky smell in the hall, but luckily it did not extend to the room. The breakfast was convenient. Moving to paper cups, plates, bowls would be better for the environment than plastic. The milk was labelled skim (which I like) but it did not taste like skim milk.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Ac works great. Breakfast is lacking. Waffles, biscuits and gravy or cereal. No eggs. No sausage

The check-in was super easy. Rooms are basic but clean and accessible. It is right off the highway, making it convenient to Kansas City. The breakfast was surprisingly good, mainly because most motels/hotels are cutting back on that service. I will consider staying here on our next KC visit.

I felt terrified staying here. Lights weren’t working in the hallways. The food at breakfast had flies swarming around it. Very unsafe and unclean. The guy who checked me into my room was drunk and or high when I arrived. Terrible experience

I was completely shocked when they gave us a room on the second floor and then told us there was no elevator!! WTH!? We were staying for a tournament at Markey Park - 6 minutes away- perfect. Breakfast was the same ALL 4 days 🙄 But I would never had stayed with having to haul a ball bag and a packed cooler up the stairs every day (or eventually from the car to ALL the way down the hall to the one working ice machine when we stopped dragging it in daily) 5/10 clean but janky.

The bathroom had dirt on the light switch was dirty, the ice bucket lid was dirty, the bathroom tray and floor were dirty. There was some kind of stain on the curtain. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The second room we reserved had broken bath tile and a torn curtain

Bathroom was dirty. Staff tried to enter room while it was occupied. They didnt announce them selves at all. Food was not replenished during breakfast. Pool was closed.
