Location was good and it was clean. The staff were ok and the rooms too.

When we arrived at the hotel we needed to change the room we booked and the manager was very helpful and accommodating in our request.The staff were friendly and helpful we would stay there again.

Always love staying here, they have a very friendly staff and we are able to walk to restaurants near by.

A clean and convenient property. Ventilation system is noisy and sound carries through the walls. One poor woman had to cover the front desk and the breakfast area. Consequently, the breakfast selection is marginal at best.

This property worked well for a one night stay. Room was clean although a little on dark side. Could use more light. Breakfast was ok.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the bed comfy. The hotel was extremely quiet - never heard a sound from another room, not even the usual showers/pipes, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms have a living room and separate bedroom, which was different, but nice. I stayed two nights during the "January thaw" and my only complaint was the icy parking lot, a liability waiting to happen. It was very treacherous to walk across to and from my parked car. Suggest the hotel look into a winter snow removal contractor before someone slips and sues them. The location is convenient to shopping and dining with easy access. I'd recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear a fair bit of outside noise. The breakfast was limited and the kitchen area was messy. It is in a great location and within walking distance of many restaurants.
