Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent service across the board. Bar staff was friendly and hard working. Food and drinks were phenomenal. Hotel staff was happy to accommodate and make good when unforeseen circumstances occurred. Best customer service around.

Visited the Pumpkin Blaze and Washington Irving House.

Really good hotel and the location is so convenient

The pool was closed for renovations, so the kids were bummed. The air conditioner stopped working on the 2nd night. They tried to fix it and when they couldn’t, they gave us a fan, replaced it with a brand new unit the following day, and didn’t charge us for that night without being pressured to do so, which was very nice. Despite the problems, overall it was a nice stay, and I would consider staying there again.

I always stay at this hotel everytime I go to NY but this time was not a good experience at all. I asked for my room to be clean 2 days in a row and both days they brought us towels but the beds still dirty. Asked for extra towels and nothing!! For the price we pay this hotel should be more better. My wife and kids love staying here and we might give it another chance but very disappointed this time around.

Easy access from highway; super friendly staff; delicious food; comfortable bed and pillows; clean room; tastefully decorated; modern bathroom; quiet room; easy checkout.

For the price, it is not a good option. People were nice, the room was nice. One f the elevators was broken and the remaining one was super slow. We spent 10 minutes waiting with our luggage and gave up, took the stairs. The stairs were dirty and full of inventory, apparently they have no storage space. Stains in hallway carpets and a general sense of disrepair didn't help. This is not what a Sheraton is supposed to be. So no, for the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

I tried to cancel my reservation this morning, because my entire family has the flu and has been throwing up every hour on the hour. This morning, I finally got sick and ******* would not allow a refund and cancellation, that was unprofessional and unnecessary. I could have just walked into the Sheraton hotel this morning and would not have the issues of a cancellation and refund from the hotel. They would have just done it. I’m a loyal customer, shame on you *******

Stuck in elevators for 15 min. There was a a huge argument outside my room and it was escalating and no pool use. I observed that water circulating pumps were on and no work was being done to pool as I was told by front desk. So yea not happy
