Second time I have stayed here and once again I only have positive things to say about this little hotel. Nice and quiet. Sufficient breakfast if you want it. Laundry on site and easy to manage. Super clean everywhere you look.

Besides the not so friendly night receptionist this was a very nice place to stay! Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and well appointed!

It was a very nice space to stay in. Nice kitchen, couch and beds. Clean and nicely decorated.

The property was nice and clean. It was a little noisy when people walked down the halls talking as the walls are thin, but over all we enjoyed our stay for the night.

We stayed several years ago when it was named Park Lane. Love the remodel!!!! Comfortable beds, good breakfast, courteous staff. See you next year

The property is beautiful...the outside landscaping and lush plantings are lovely. My only complaint is the hotel was obviously not even close to full when we stayed there...as there were very few cars in the large parking lot. We arrived at 1:30, early that we thought, and tried to check in. I understand that check in is at 3pm, but I can't believe there weren't any rooms ready at 1:30. We had to stall for 90 minutes before we could check in.

The room was well equipped with a small but nice kitchen. The shower and bath were nice. Breakfast was good and the location was good. The bed was a little too firm and the pillows were overstuffed.

Hotel was spotless, no bathroom privacy, doors on tracks and do not stay closed. Kitchen table beside bathroom door way Woman at desk rude Extra $20 fee per day added onto bill. When ask why she would not answer

We had a few issues with this stay. We were surprised to find that our room was a 2-level loft, with a steep staircase to the bedroom. This could be a problem for people with disabilities. No drawers upstairs, no closet, just 1 night table. We were also surprised to find out that hotel does not clean rooms during your stay. They provide fresh towels which you can pick up at reception, but they do not pick up garbage, make your bed or clean your bathroom, not even upon request. Saving money on everything from water to employee salaries here. Finally, hotel management should really address breakfast. Most boring breakfast I have ever encountered at any hotel. I will say hotel was in a safe zone, quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Hilton Head is beautiful but a bit boring, probably better in the summer or if you are in town for a particular event. We saw all that we could see in 3 days and left earlier than planned. An underwhelming stay. Would not recommend this hotel for the reasons mentioned.
