Terrible terrible experience. The sound insulation is so bad. Unfortunately we were staying besides a group of ppl. They talked and kids ran in the hallway in late night. Also the neighbors kept walking, dropping stuffs, opening/closing the drawers until 1am. Called the front desk 3 times but nothing changed. Besides, the staff started to vacuum the hallway in 6:30am…You should know how bad about your sound insulation and should not do that in the early morning! Overall, worst experience ever! Don’t stay!

Several maintenance issues with the pool area. Hot tub not working (was not told this in advance), signs falling off, floor tiles broken, etc. Beds hard. Breakfast one of the worst I've had a place like this. Staff were great, but hotel needs work.

Room was fine. The free breakfast was not good. Cold eggs, the bacon was crumbled into bacon bits, no type of potatoes, watered down coffee. Spend a few dollars and go get breakfast at McDonalds or else where.

Our room was dirty. The baseboards and carpet was filthy, there was black hairs all over the bathroom, and it smelled like sour milk. The hairdryer didn't work. It was overpriced for the quality.

There was hair from someone else in my bed, and the bathtub was plugged. I couldn't even take a shower. I won't come back to this hotel.

The hotel looked and felt dated. The pool was closed, the room had a weird smell, had to air it out. Good breakfast selection, service was good.

This property is not well maintained and was not clean. Our room smelled like dog and there was dog hair all over the floor. Not even sure it was vacuumed. We did ask to be moved and the next room was slightly better but still not very clean. Poor beds, the hot tub was not operational, overall a dated and tired property. We would not stay here again.

Overall good room with fridge and microwave. Iron and iron stand. Although the cloth on it was very dusty. The iron was broken where the water kept pouring out of it so i used my own. The bathroom tub was clogged. But the receptionist guy named Ashkar fixed it 1 day before we left but we used a clogged bathtub for 2 days. They also did not put in new towels i had to tell them too. The breakfast was not good. The juice was not filled in when asked to put juice in it. She said she is cooking eggs so have to look after them first. I ended up having no juice. And skipped having their breakfast for the rest of my stay. Also the room we booked was a queen bed but it looked like it was a double bed. Overall ok. But pricey for having to deal with all these things. 3/5

The receptionist that was on duty was friendly, But cleanliness ? Failed. Even the dining was untidy, I can complement the chef for sure 👍Cleanliness of a hotel should be emphasized.
