内装もとても素敵でした！！予約すれば無料で使えるホットタブとサウナがあり、寒いアイスランドで冷え切った体に染み渡りました^_^朝食も美味しいです！

ヨークルスアゥルロゥンに近い、立地の良いホテルです。しかし、部屋が狭い割に値段が高すぎます。スタッフのほとんどが横柄です。3つ星ホテルに相当するホテルなのに、値段に見合う価値はまったくありません。

残念ながら、私たちが滞在した時はホットタブは使えませんでしたが、サウナは楽しめました。レストランの食事は高めですが、美味しかったです。部屋は快適で、内装も気に入りました。サービスはまあまあでしたが、スタッフはもう少しフレンドリーでもいいと思いました。

Everything is great. Provided with sauna & gym room, even they provide room call service if there’s aurora so you won’t have to wait for yourself.
Breakfast is great, value for money.

They can provide some special request facilities such as shaving kits, kettle. Unfortunately, the kettle they sent was not clean and had the smell and stains of instant noodles.

The location of the hotel was good. The facilities are very good, but I don't know why the gym is designed to be together with the spa and the glass in the middle is transparent, so I always feel that I am being watched when I soak in the spa. Dinner and breakfast were fine, except for the price lol.

The hotel is clean with every amenity in need and even the call-up service for aurora. As we arrive quite late so we didn’t enjoy much. Personally think the price is a little bit high but if for all the amenities it still worths such value. The only point we were not that satisfied was that we called the reception for kettle to boil hot water but it took more than half an hour before we finally got the kettle to the room
