Room advertised on website and booked was not even comparable to the room upon check in! Very disappointing!! Had to pay for additional upgrade for a comparable room that was advertised as booked room. Did not receive room deposit back at check out.

Very, very deceiving pictures! I do a lot of research before booking and the one thing I liked about this was the sitting area along the broadwalk and view. My biggest complaint is this nice Tiki Hut shown in the pictures now has a 6’ high solid wood fence around it completely blocking your view and giving next to know where to sit. It’s a bike rental business under the hut and they claim to have been there for approx 2 years. So why don’t the pictures show this! Huge disappointment having no view or place to sit! The kind person that works there completely agreed with me and said the owners just don’t care. He assisted us in changing our room from one located in an ally between the hotels to one on the side with the huge fence. Not good but a bit better. Another issue is they have one office to check in and they own 23 properties! Well you can imagine the chaos and the wait time was long as stated in other reviews. The bed was comfortable thank god for that. When we walked in we felt sand all over the floor otherwise it was pretty clean. Our shower dripped non stop. Will not be returning.

I think for the price I paid it was worth it. Location is perfect, very close to the ocean. The bed was very comfort. The condition of the property is not too good but as I said for the price I paid, I can’t complain. I think the only think I can suggest is to train the staff to be more friendly and answer your question with good manners.

rooms were older than expected and have not been updated except for a poorly laid floor. Most of the rooms had no outdoor space which meant no where to eat anything that was prepared in the room guests had to sit on the bed to eat. Also there wasnt any storage for clothing

To start.I chose the oceanfront rooms with the intention that I’d be able to see the beach from the window(like the picture) but instead we were placed on the back end of the building. That was fine but then around midnight while watching a movie, I spot a bed bug crawling across the covers . We report it. They changed our room to another building but then at that point we were no longer ocean front . So it was pretty much a stay I won’t make anymore.

This is my first time ever writing a review. We travel a lot. And this was the worst experience we have had in 20 years. They told us our room would be ready at 3, then changed it to 4. Then at 4 it still wasn’t ready. We didn’t get our keys until 5:30 The room didn’t have dishes and utensils it was supposed to. Patched up holes In the walls that aren’t painted. Pools are dirty. Staff was extremely rude. Lines out the door with reservations for check in being turned down and told to come back. Everyone was furious. We asked for at least a discount and they said they couldn’t only ******* could. Spoke with ******* and they couldn’t discount either supposedly. DO NOT GO HERE ******* should absolutely remove this hotel or help their client

This property is in such poor condition for the price, extra charges are ridiculous like a deposit and we had no dishes in our room, we walked to the office and they wanted us to carry a box of dishes back to our room 2 blocks away. We were never advised when checking in that we would need a box of dishes. There were no paper towels and the room is in very poor overall condition. It looks like a huge patch job but very very poor patch job. Dont waste your money here! Stay at the Riptide a few doors down it is definitely better taken care of with less staff and the rooms are fully stocked. This was very sad.

We had ocean front view that was awesome. Room was not the best pieces falling off the wall tub didn’t drain well. People at front desk not very friendly. Room service comes only every 3 days. Finding the office was impossible they have several buildings and no postings anywhere on where the office is located which was a block away from our building.
