During the day, the creek provide a wonderful water playground for the kids. Unwind at this historic cabin on the river at Camp Miramichee Falls in Hardy, AR. This original stone cabin was built in 1940, used by the Zonta Foundation, then by YWCA Camp Miramichee until 1979. Its history and craftsmanship make it a unique find to spend a relaxing getaway. Stone floors and walls keep it cool in the summer. The original stone fireplace is cozy in the winter. Though the modern central air and heat are a nice touch! You will feel like you are in a treehouse perched above the Southfork of the Spring River. Your cabin is directly overlooking river. You have your own firepit on the waterfront and you may use our kayaks around the cabin area. This cabin is approved for adults only (18+) for safety reasons (proximity to the river and heights). We also have a fire pan down by the water, where you need to bring your firewood.We have a Restaurant and Dollar store right across the lake.If you choose to rent the boat, you may want to bring private life vests.If you forget yours we have them available!The rental part is in the mid-level of the building. The top floor is closed off and belongs to the owner, who is NOT present when the house is rented out.
