The private fully enclosed rear yard offers a fantastic opportunity for you to relax and enjoy the weather in a secluded setting. The Cottage is also pet friendly with a secured enclosed rear courtyard but please refer to our Pet & House Policies. There is a Weber BBQ available for your use on property. You should definitely take advantage of our Private Community Dock as our Guests, it is a wonderful amenity and many residents regularly enjoy the fantastic Sunsets or enjoy fishing off our Dock where a great many catches have been made by our Residents and Guests.
