This is a nice quiet place. No one bothers you. It's one of the best places to stay in hot springs

The room was bare bones. No extra blankets or pillows . Unfinished i interior , light fixtures and floors and wall. You get what you pay for. As long as the water was hot and the bed was clean all was good

Half the power plugs in the room didn't work. They didn't open the ice machine room or lobby for coffee until almost 8 am. The room with the ice machine had a laundry, but it was inaccessible when needed. The freezer in the mini fridge didn't have a door, and defrosted the entire time, even dripping water on the floor. When we complained about the drip, the wifi didn't work anymore. The power plugs in the bathroom had no place for usage, the counter and sink had been moved to outside the bathroom, but no plugs there. There was no coffee or phone in the room. The faucets on the shower came almost completely out of the wall when you lifted the tab for the shower. The exhaust for the bathroom looked installed but no way to turn it on. There was no option to not have housecleaning come in every day, and the locks on the door were murky at best, with the chain-lock for the door held together with wire. The guy in the office had a funny smell, and made me feel uncomfortable.

This is a clean budget motel. I wasn't looking for a high priced boutique stay. I want a clean room with clean comfortable bed, quiet, working AC, and working plumbing. I've stayed several times this summer and was greeted with a smile and welcome back. It's a few minutes away from downtown. I'd rather drive that and spend the money I save on food.

I liked about the Red Carpet Inn would be it was quiet convenient clean no one messed with you it's just a nice place all around

The property is located conveniently close to Bath House Row. Short enough drive to Spring and Central streets. Location was quiet.

For an inexpensive motel, it has what i want. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet and ac working. Staff is courteous.

The room was clean, I have to say, and they do accept pets for a small fee, which is VERY welcome. The rooms are terribly outdated, however. Very few electrical outlets, and those that were there were oddly located. The hotel itself is probably an old Howard Johnsons, as the abandoned restaurant is adjacent. It is a large property, and I know they are doing what they can, but it is pretty rough around the edges. The staff was VERY nice, however. There are rooms in one wing that are rented to people who live there full-time, so this is not a good sign. For me, this was an ok place to stay as I have few requirements and was traveling alone with my pet dog, however, if one is used to more modern amenities or has a demanding wife or family, I would probably choose a different property.
