ザ ホテル ホット スプリングス(The Hotel Hot Springs)

We always try and stay here when we come into town for dance competitions. The location is perfect for walking to the convention center and they even have access where you don't even have to step outside! Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. While walking to the hotel from parking this past weekend, we actually met one of the new owners. Very polite, kind, and was open to any issues we may have had in the past, etc.

Nice updated hotel in a great and practical part of downtown Hot Springs. Rooms were very quiet and bed was comfortable. Will stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean though the furniture was worn in some places. Some cosmetic things like sloppy texture on the walls in the bathroom. Great location and friendly staff.

Property is close to downtown and convention center. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. There was some sort of black substance that appeared to be growing on wall.

It's a great place to stay if you are going to Hot Springs to check out bathhouse row and the shops. It's also an easy drive to almost anywhere else in the area. P.S. Just don't let the lady at the front tell you the best place to go for BBQ. She sent us the the middle of nowhere where the smoke inside was so bad we couldn't stay. We later found Smokin' In Style (awesome).

Parking is free but it's a block away. Brrrr. We were given an adjoining room and the adjoining room guests kept us up pretty much the whole night. :( That wasn't the hotel's fault, except in giving us an adjoining room which we didn't ask for and the hotel was plenty empty. The front desk was friendly and the food was good in the restaurant. Continental breakfast was good also. I would consider staying here again.

Love the location! Easy to walk to all the downtown restaurants, bars, bath houses and shopping. We love the hotel bar as well. This was our 2nd time to stay here and we will definitely be back!

Would stay here again. The food at the restaurant was good and the service was wonderful. It is very convenient to walk down Bath Row

We had a corner room on the 14th floor that was very spacious and clean. The only problem with our bathroom was there were no towel bars or hooks. The hotel is older but has been renovated well. The breakfast was not as good as we had hoped it would be.
