We booked last minute and everything was perfect. Easy to book. Our host Keanna was super friendly and great with all instructions given and I know if we needed anything, they would have been quick to respond. Space was clean and decorated super cute. Parking is easy and even has a garage if you would prefer to use that. Located a short drive or Uber ride to downtown. It was only 4 of us but there is plenty room for bigger groups if needed. There was a welcome sign and goodies when we arrived. I love that you can see the owners take time to really think through the little things of what most need when traveling. This will definitely be our forever Houston stay every chance we get.

The process was super easy & instructions for accessing the house were easy to follow. This place was a perfect convenient location for activities in downtown Houston. We spent 3 nights there & had everything we needed for our stay. So many small details included that I feel were above and beyond what we normally see in an AirBNB type stay. There was an array of teas, coffees, sugar & substitutes(thank you), 5/6 diff type coffee creamer singles(a Splenda 1 incl). There was a carousel on the island that had snacks, frequently forgotten items: toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, face wipes, hand wipes, Tylenol, bug spray and a bunch of stuff I have forgotten. We really appreciated this touch. Also, the day of checkout I messaged the host a few hours before the scheduled 11am checkout to request a 12pm checkout because the Astros game didn’t start until 1pm. The host responded near immediate and was gracious enough to grant us the extra hour. Lastly, we left the property and made it to the stadium & realized I had left my phone and we turned around immediately and went back to the house. The code for the door was invalid(expected, we had already checked out). We called the host and she responded immediately & remotely unlocked the house for us to grab my phone. This property met all of our needs. We are STH for the Astros and spend a lot of time in Houston. We had a wonderful & cozy stay & because of this and hospitality that we received we will definitely rebook.

Place was really nice and modern. Has easy access to the highway and downtown. Hosts are really good at getting back to you and also had a nice welcome setup. Would recommend to others and reconsider staying again in future visits.

I loved this property way too much ! My family was all able to get adjusted comfortably and had everything we needed during the stay. The rooms were all neat and had all of the necessities. Plenty of restrooms. The host were responsive and assisted with everything I need even in the late hours. The surrounding area is okay, we had no issues. Would definitely recommend this place and look fwd to staying here again in the future .
