La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Energy Corridor

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent reservation at yourhotel. Despite my anticipation for a comfortable and relaxing stay, I encountered two significant issues: * The absence of hot water * A dirty and unkempt room with visible stains on the bed and chair, and dust accumulation Upon discovering these issues, I immediately returned to the front desk, but unfortunately, there was no one present to assist me. I also tried calling the hotel's phone number, but my call went unanswered. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I decided to leave the hotel and book an alternative accommodation that met basic cleanliness standards.

Breakfast was not as advertised. The bread was hard, and Items were very limited. The rooms are dark and need more lighting options.

There was some issues, but the general manager was amazing and resulted. Thank you very much for your assistance. We’ll see you soon.

We loved our super clean room. All surfaces and the bathroom was very clean. The bed and linens felt great especially after a long drive. The hotel was nice and quiet and the complimentary breakfast was a lifesaver!

I was right where I needed to be. Around every business and restaurant you could think of.

The receptionist was nice but the phone was broke the room key kept messing up I kept getting locked out the phone was broke the tv wouldn’t power on with the remote and the elevator kept dialing out like the panic button was broken oh and the ice machine was broken.

Heater did not work in two rooms. Had to be moved. They both didnt work. I told front deskbut they couldn't do anything. Horrible experience

Urine in the elevator, smoky stench in room and hallway, guest on *****, ************ etc.
