The walls were thin, heard every door close and people talking throughout the night. The front desk confirmed my late check out option for 12 and did not confirm it on their end. I had room service checking in on me every 30 mins to make sure I was out, I have never felt so rushed to leave a room in the morning. I was notified upon checking out that the front desk agent who checked me in didn’t confirm the late checkout status. Meanwhile I was the one who had to pay for it with RoomService on my back wondering why I’m not out of the room yet. Not at all impressed with this hiccup Marriot.
