My stay was very nice. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful.

We were bitten by bugs that were in the bed. The front desk transferred us to another room that was dirty (food on the floor)and the tv was broken. We decided to just leave the facility around midnight and drive 2 hours to get home instead of staying in a place that had bugs and was unsanitary. After requesting a refund i was told by the hotel that they did an inspection and there were no bed bugs found so we would not receive a refund. I have pictures of whatever type of bug running around in the bed and one was on the pillow case. Also pics of how my husband and i were bitten by the bugs and now have painful welps on our bodies. Sent all of that to the hotel and they still refused to refund $109. Its really sad

My room smelled like cigarette smoke ! And the parking lot has glass all over from broken car windows from break ins !

The breakfast was terrible, but Zinia, at the cafeteria made a great effort with what she had and her nice demeanor made you forget about the fact that there was no cereal, no bread, no waffles... Besides that we liked the spacious rooms and the convenient location for us.

We had a very nice stay. Two rooms-a king and a standard double queen. The only issue was that the king room had a malfunctioning air conditioning system. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but it would have been for the second of our two nights and on a different floor from the other rented room, so we declined. The hotel did bring up a box fan. I heard no complaints from those who had breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

I came to Houston to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. We got a room at this location once I checked in I went to my room and open the door. It was a dirty room so it never got clean so I had to call downstairs so they can check me into a different room. Then the next morning I get ready to run water for my daughter in the bathtub to see that the water is tinted With Pee. I took pictures and call front desk. I asked if there’s anyway they can compensate me for all these inconveniences and they simply told me they can only extend my check out by an hour with that being said I am not staying here anymore. The rooms is not good they’re dirty And management does not do anything when there’s a problem or issue with the room .

Excellent front counter lady. Clean and convenient, great parking, fair breakfast

The continental breakfast was very bad. If the property does not have milk then why pit cereal out. The staff was friendly, but the key cards were not working and the staff did not know when the cards would be working.
