Nice modern well maintained apartments. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with our daughter having the sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom had a full bath with over head shower. The bedroom had a king size bed which was very comfortable. Only negatives are that the pillows weren’t too great and there was very limited storage. For 3 people there was 2 small wall cupboards in the bedroom so we did end up living out of the suitcase. We stayed over New Year and on NY Eve there were fireworks at 6.30pm and again later in the evening. The resort itself is quite sprawling. We didn’t know the area and whilst it was fairly central to Bergers (where the main ski lifts are) you really do need to do your research in relation to rentals, lessons and where you need to be when. There is a restaurant next to the accommodation which was very nice and lots of other great places to eat in the town.

Good place, everything clean and excellent attention. Excellent location. Everything is new. Highly recommended.

The hotel is fine but they’re will try to cheat you. I pre-paid à suite and the staff booked me into a junior suite at check in. I had to complain and they acknowledged that I paid a higher rate and moved me, but that was after 45 min of arguing. They also made an unexplained charge of €25 on my credit card. I contacted them but they never pick the phone. Also, they ask you to clean the appartement after you: ***** the beds etc. This is a hotel which is supposed to be with daily service. They maybe entered the room, but it was never cleaned during our stay

Newly opened so communication re check in / out could have been better Cosy welcoming atmosphere Checked in exactly at 5 pm despite request but understandable since the hotel was very busy Clean and room size good enough for family of four View from terrace is superb Pool though heated I would say was not warm - so only tried it once Sound proofing not so good - there’s a party on apartment above us - which really dampened the holiday on our last night but kudos to the staff since they tried their best to help us. Private Parking available but the design is odd so its a challenge if you have a big car ( 4x4 ) as you exit Distance to skii lift is walkable Overall The staff are friendly and warm on this hotel which is a bonus when staying in a French apartment / hotel

Had a wonderful stay here on our first family ski trip! Very new accommodation that was extremely modern and clean looking. Upon arriving we were warmly greeted at the reception and found the receptionist to be very informative and spoke good English. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was also a duplex and had lots of space for a family of 5. Was clean and tidy upon entering and very warm and cosy with hot water all the time. I made sure to bring kitchen essentials like tea towel, washing up liquid, sponge etc as these aren’t provided. They had towels, dressing gowns and hotel style slippers in the room to use. Had a small bar area with lots of seating and modern communal area. Also had a pool table. We also used the swimming pool once which was also lovely. Used the ski lockers for our equipment and a short walk to use the Alp Express cable car to take us to the ski areas or you could walk 5-10mins if preferred. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Amazing. We had a family skiing holiday. The hotel is within easy reach of the slopes and lifts which are a 5 minute walk away. There is also a lift that runs through the village. So you can easily access anywhere in the village by hopping on and off these, free of charge, into the evening. The staff at the hotel are helpful and kind, speaking perfect English and responding immediately to any requests, fantastic customer service that is second to none. The apartment is great, we both cooked and ate out. The kitchen is great with a hob and a microwave grill, coffee machine and toaster. Everything is new and in perfect working order. It was cosy warm with a separate bathroom and toilet, a safe, comfy beds and ski lockers. The apartment is well situated in the village, many of the other accommodation blocks were much further from the slopes, this one is pretty close. It is easy to wander into the village from here, dining places are within an easy walk, approx 10 minutes on foot and if you wish to explore the old town you can catch the village hop off, hop off, free lifts mentioned above to access more restaurants. There is a well stocked super market within easy reach. Aple D'Huez is beautiful with many runs. The ski school is close by. The apres-ski party is fun at La Follie, the first stop on the Marmottes lift. We parked free of charge on the road. Hotel parking is 90 euros a week. A great place to stay with a warm and caring atmosphere.

Nous avons passé notre séjour à l’hôtel Odalys de l’alpes d’Huez. Je dois exprimer mon profond mécontentement face à l'attitude irresponsable et non professionnelle du personnel de l'établissement. Malgré nos multiples tentatives de communication et de réclamation concernant nos affaires oubliées dans la chambre 203, incluant des vêtements précieux et un chargeur de marque Bose, nous avons été constamment négligés et ignorés par la réception. Leur manque de sérieux dans la gestion de cette situation est inacceptable pour un établissement qui se prétend être de prestige. L'incapacité de l'hôtel à retrouver nos effets personnels, en particulier après avoir retrouvé uniquement le chargeur Bose, soulève de sérieuses questions quant à la sécurité et à l'intégrité de l'établissement. Il est inconcevable que nos objets aient disparu sans la moindre explication claire de la part du personnel. En fin de compte, cette expérience laisse une impression extrêmement négative et nous laisse avec le sentiment d'avoir été négligés, maltraités et volés en tant que clients.

Apparthotel très bien situé et bon accueil le très gros problème dans cette hotel est le ménage nous avions 3 chambres et la 1ere journée dans la chambre familiale ménage pas fait et dans les 2 autres ils manquaient serviettes et papier wc et le 2 jours ménage pas fait du tout a 18h il a fallu aller rouspeter a l'accueil pour qu'ils viennent faire le ménage pas très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge qui avaient besoin de se reposer

Bel hôtel neuf, avec cuisinette. Beau décor moderne. Toutefois, la piscine ferme à 20h ce qui limite les possibilités. L'essentiel du logement etait propre mais certains elements étaient poussiéreux (ex: pied de table). Wifi payant
