good location, friendly staffs, nice view and shuttle bus to different areas very convenience

Beautiful, quaint apartment. Fully furnished with all the basic ammenities and needs. We had a great ocean view which wasn't directly South-facing, so the sun wasn't a big problem on the balcony. The projector had a paid VIP membership so we could watch whatever we wanted. The wifi also worked well. The beach is just across the road and a breeze to access. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and were eager to assist whenever needed. The room is cleaned every day and they supply fresh water. Breakfast was available promptly and there was a nice variety of food at the buffet. They only have the buffet over weekends though. They also give out free toys for kids to play on the beach with and you can collect free popcorn at night. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or some friends going on holiday and wanting a relaxed beach atmosphere. There was difinitely enough space for us and our baby.

Very dirty room. Bed and bathroom had granules of sand left behind and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (floor also the same). Staff was rude when we complained about it and took them nearly 2 hours to have housekeeping clean it. We were told when we checked in there would be breakfast in the morning, but when we went down there, the morning staff said because we booked on the international website, breakfast was not included (only included for chinese people, apparently). The check in staff shouldn’t have told us. We also thought parking was included (it was not, but it was cheap). We go to this beach every year and we’re definitely not staying here again. The only positive was it is on the beach (but the beach itself is dirty) next time we’ll stay at a place with a private, cleaner beach with a clean room. No apartment hotels rooms anymore. Too many problems.

Nice view and very comfortable bedding. Wifi is fast and stable. There is tea supply in the lobby free of charge.

Everything was fine during my stay, but I communicated with them about monthly rentals and they lied about pricing. I won’t be staying here again for the simple fact that they were tied to scam me instead of abiding by their advertised prices and packages.

Everything was so so. Not too bad though not too good.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, of a decent size, and presented with a nice sea view. The staff are helpful and efficient, and hotel management is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers visiting Huizhou 10 Silver Miles.

The hotel room is good and the reception services are fast and efficient, the breakfast was good although no many choices. The only problem is that the name of the room does not actually matches exactly with description they have given out, for instance when they use the word "Sea View". The room we got had minimal Sea View. I wish they can indicate that to the customers because I feel their services are good.
