The location is fantastic. The shore is rocky but they made a wood bridge that bypasses the rocks and drops you in a magnificent snorkling and diving spot. Rooms were comfortable, modern beautiful decoration. There is no kettle inside the room. Food was variable and delicious. Staff were friendly and cooperative.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Breakers! This resort is a gem for solo travelers seeking a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. The staff are polite, friendly, and accommodating. The vibe here is perfect – relaxed and inviting without any hint of intimidation. The accommodations provided the best sleep I've had while traveling, which was a pleasant surprise. My room faced the sea, allowing me to watch the sunrise from my bed. Sleeping immersed in the sounds of the sea and wind was therapeutic – I loved it! There are a variety of dining options, with the menu changing daily. Themed dinners are available for an extra fee, offering a private, romantic, stargazing setup by the sea. I opted for this, and it was totally worth it. However, drinks are on the expensive side. There were numerous activities and events organized by the resort. It was great meeting other solo travelers through these events, making new friends, and sharing drinks and laughter. From yoga sessions to lively evening entertainment, there's always something happening. The majority of guests here are German speakers. Although I do not speak German, blending in was not hard; people were happy, in a holiday mood, and very welcoming. A simple "Hi" with a smile is always a great icebreaker. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to recharge and connect with like-minded individuals. It's a place for comfort, community, and a lot of fun. My 4-day stay was too short to explore everything The Breakers has to offer. I will definitely be back on my next trip to the Red Sea.

I loved my time at The Breakers! As a solo traveler you can easily meet other people, either at the solo traveler nights, at the dive center or at one of the many activities. It’s great for diving, too! The Orca Dive Center is well organized and it takes you only one minute from your room to the dive center. There are lots of other great activities, like the sunset tours, kitesurfing, horse riding or tours to the desert. So there is really something for everyone. Thanks to the great staff, everyone was just lovely!

The whole experience is excellent. Rooms a good size and impeccably clean. Facilities and location excellent. Service in every part of the hotel very good. Can’t fault it at all and very good value. Beach is beautiful and the jetty is very special

Place is always calm safe and well organized. The renovation done last year gave a better atmosphere and allow a really nice and comfortable stay. I’ll recommend to friends and families who want to spend a very friendly and relaxing week. Hope to be back soon.

A wonderfully warm hotel. Service always comes with a smile. It feels like home. It has a warm culture and offers many activities (diving, snorkling, kite surfing, yoga). If you want to go to Soma bay, look no further. The reef in front of hotel is wonderful for snorkling.

Always very relaxed and nice holiday. We have been to The Breakers several times over the years. Today we think of this as our happy place for a fun and relaxed 2 week holiday. We will be sure to come back in the years to come. Love the diving, the food, the atmosphere, and becoming friends with other guests.

Nice pool, great food selection, excellent house reef, great shuttle service to the kite house. Renovated rooms are very nice. Had to update to the Lifestyle room to get direct sea view. Unfortunately very high prices for the mini bar, food and drinks. Upgraded to the Lifestyle room which includes is fruit basked - essentially just couple of apples. Food quality was ok. Dinner started with 7 PM very late.

They even surprised me with a birthday cake, adding a special touch to my visit. The hotel's rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious, providing a comfortable retreat. Its convenient location made exploring the area effortless. Overall, I highly recommend [The Breakers for an extraordinary hotel experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
