9平米的房間散發著發黴的味道。簡陋的設備，陳舊的傢俱，轟隆作響的冰箱和空調。難吃不衞生的食物，水果上趴着蒼蠅。因為當天白沙灘沒房了，在這裏湊合了一晚，沒辦法。忍受吧。這種酒店不應該出現在攜程。

酒店有點舊 含餐 方便

the whole hotel was great from start to finish, the staff are just wonderful always welcoming, and happy to help. there are many activities available from the hotel and it is a place where you can go for a walk in the sunset. the hotel is very clean, the is alwasy staff cleaning around meaning that there is never a time when its dirty. My only complaint was the food, some of it wasn't great however there are so many things available in the buffet that there's always something to eat. the pool is spotless and warm, and the beach is well-maintained. In particular the reception staff and bar indoor bar staff just made my experience they always offered help and were happy to just have a conversation

My husband and I stayed in one of the garden view rooms during our stay at the Giftun azur resort. The room was pleasant, although it did require updating, but it was well serviced every day with fresh linen, towels, and refreshments placed in the fridge for us. The gardens are particularly spectacular with daily maintenance in place. The resort has its own beach with plenty of sunbeds. The main and beach restaurants serve a variety of well-made fresh foods and drinks with a good variety on offer. There are other restaurants, and these are at an extra charge to the all-inclusive basis The entire staff of the resort are very pleasant, helpful, and polite, always willing to help at any time. The entertainment team is very enthusiastic, providing day and evening entertainment daily from outside games to shows in the theatre and meeting point. Ellie is a fun filled enthusiastic member of the team who takes time out to introduce herself and chat to the guests. Overall, the Giftun is the ideal holiday for couples and families alike.

Generally everything is good enough. The staff are really fun and hospitale. I enjoyed most of my experience. If it's up to me I would do something about the air conditioner in the room. Moreover I would also do something to improve the quality of the WiFi. It's really slow.

The staff is not helpful and kind to the guests. They have to do the work in exchange for tips. I do not recommend staying at the hotel as there is no snacks at the beach other than bread. Dealing with the guests does not have any kind of cooperation or kindness.

Where do I even start! From the start of my holiday myself and family ( all girls) felt so uncomfortable. The men are disgusting and at every opportunity was all over my 14 year old daughter. She was asked questions such as are you married. Comments such as you are beautiful, princess and much more. I cancelled a snorkeling trip I had paid a deposit for Purley because bakardy the aqua centre sales man was creepy. So to answer his question as to why english dont visit its because of the men who constantly flirting with daughter and making inappropriate comments. We were harassed from the very start of our stay till the end. He then decided to have a dig as to why we cancelled our trip and would make sarky comments when passing the pool or seeing us around the hotel. The room was dated with the skirting boards falling off. Dirty bathroom with blocked sink and shower. The air con made such a loud noise and so we could not use it in the night. I refused to allow cleaners to enter my room because I did not trust they would not touch my clothes. The hotel is surrounded by men and only one female member of staff was in the hotel! The men don't want there women touched however that's all we seemed to get. The creepy occasional hand touch! Why didn't I report it is because we feared for our safety. We were scared most of the time and was delighted to be home and safe! Red flags on the beach did not work and we were called rude for telling the men we were not interested and instead we get told we are rude. If you want to be harassed and feel your daughters are vulnerable then please do visit!! All that was good was the entertainment staff who were not inappropriate, but we only really spoke to then in passing. The food was disgusting and on many occasions struggled to even eat! Catered for German and Russians and not English atal. Please don't take your daughters here. It is unsafe and you will want to leave!

Me and my boyfriend came to the resort and we had the best time. The drinks are good, animation team are outstanding, really good at getting everyone involved. There was the option to go to the club every night for an extra charge of 15€ pp and the animation team took care of us the whole night. We did activities throughout the day such as volleyball, Zumba etc all planned by the animination team and it was great. The food was brilliant and we have 0 complaints. Would recommend to a friend.

The animation team really made the holiday good very good and we’re very friendly there were lots of activities to do. The room was very nice and all the staff were kind and friendly
