マネージャーとコミュニケーションを取ったり、鍵を入手したりするのは非常に困難です。彼女が最終的に応答するまで、私たちはホテルの外で15分間立たなければなりませんでした。階段が多いので注意が必要です…重い荷物を持ったお年寄りには大変です。ベッドはひどいものでした。幸いなことに、より快適にするために下に敷くことができる追加の毛布がありました。石鹸はありません…また幸いなことに、念のために予備を持っています。

リアルト橋から1分の最高のロケーション。最悪だったのはホテルの Wi-Fi で、インターネットを利用するには携帯電話を窓の外に置かなければなりませんでした。

Location is excellent, room was adequate (we had triple room ) beds rather hard. Bathroom was a bit grimy and old . Breakfast was interesting served in an old bedroom with on -suite bathroom 😳 cramped self service with staff late prepping it. Would be better to convert the bathroom into a kitchen area . They also assume everyone wants ham and cheese tosties . Quite unprofessional. It can’t be classed as hotel its a one star B and B for £200 a night I expected a higher standard

We stayed for 1 night. The hotel is good, is exactly what it was advertised. Room was nice and clean, looks just like the pictures. The location is a 20 min walk from the train station, and it's at the center of the city, 5 min or less walk to Piazza San Marco. The staff was super helpful and really nice people. They let us do early check in. During breakfast, event though it was self service buffet, they made us panini and caprese salad, and served it to our table. Then after check out they kept out luggage so we could explore the city while we waited for our train. Really great service. Unfortunately we had a bad situation, about 2:30am a group of drunk girls stormed into the room in front of ours making a lot of noise, they brought some guys from outside, they were playing music, singing, screaming, constantly opening and shutting doors loudly to smoke. We tried asking them to keep it down several times, but they were just uneducated, rude, cliché people. There was no hotel staff to help us. I understand reception is closed, but how can there be no one around? What happens if someone is in actual trouble?, or if that situation had escalated? The non guest people eventually left and we were able to sleep around 4am. The next day other guests complaint and they said they would have overnight staff for the next 10 days, but in my opinion there should always be someone there, or at least provide a phone number for someone on call close by to handle these situations. Had it not been fot this incident I would give it 5 out of 5 rating.

Posizione perfetta, camera ampia e pulita come il bagno del resto. Purtroppo doccia poco accessibile per i miei problemi di mobilità Troppe scale per arrivare alla camera 4 al secondo piano Colazione nella norma ma buona Check-in automatizzato molto semplice e veloce

Pessima esperienza, ci hanno chiamato alle 13 circa (stesso giorno del check in ) per dirci che la camera non era disponibile ed eravamo già in viaggio verso Venezia ! Premetto che era già stata saldata la camera prenotata con ampio anticipo . La causa? Rottura autoclave. (Abbiamo poi scoperto per vie traverse che questa non era la reale motivazione, la gente non è scema ). La signora pensa di farci il favore trovando un altro albergo (pessimo) con camere fatiscenti, sporcizia, scarso in tutto è lontano da tutto. Tra le altre cose chiedendo un altro bonifico, prima di ricevere il rimborso della camera. Pessimi, non fidatevi.

Sebbene questa struttura abbia camere semplici ma carine e bagni nuovi,avrei da ridire sull'organizzazione riguardante l'accoglienza ospiti e check-in.Non fatevi ingannare dalla dicitura hotel presente su molti siti di prenotazione perché hotel non è e non troverete una reception con personale che vi accolga al vostro arrivo.Ca' Leon d'oro è un affittacamere e se non concordate anticipatamente l'ora del vostro arrivo rischierete di trovarvi chiusi fuori per ore senza alcuna possibilità di prendere possesso della vostra camera!Sul sito ufficiale non vi è neppure un numero di cellulare da poter contattare in casi di emergenza come questo. Pessima gestione anche da parte di Agoda che nelle mail di riepilogo non fa riferimento alcuno a questo importante dettaglio riguardante il check-in.Di chi sia responsabilità non saprei,ma è evidente che ci siano seri problemi di organizzazione e gestione dei clienti.Sul rapporto qualità prezzo direi non esaltante (50 euro a persona senza colazione).Ottima l'ubicazione e buona lo stato di manutenzione delle camere e dei bagni.Stanze semplici, piuttosto piccole ma pulite e arredate con gusto.

La miglior posizione per girare Venezia! A 2 minuti da Rialto, 10 minuti da San Marco e 5 minuti da Strada Nova (giusto per fare degli esempi). Il proprietario è stato più che disponibile e gentile, è stato eccezionale. La struttura è elegante, pulita e accogliente. ASSOLUTAMENTE TOP!
