I can give 4 stars for this resort. Service like in all of Egypt - very good. They keep a very friendly atmosphere for all customers. I love the animation team - they doing a good job. Very easy to communicate. You feel like having a chat with old friends. Food avarage. Don't like the serving meat process. The big queue to get a couple of pieces of chicken. :)) We just need to understand that 5 stars in Europe are not the same. 5 stars in Egypt - will be aware 3-4 stars for us. Cleaning room service - good. DON'T take any Safari / Diving from the resort. I had a much better experience before. We paid the same - but Quadro bikes and buggy - look like have a second life from the scrap yard. Safety first?))) This was shocked me! Diving instructor - the guy who only 4 months before was a photographer in a neighbor resort))) That's ok, but this guy does not provide proper instruction for those who have never done diving before. As a result - two of our team - did not enjoy it at all, because they were not sure how to do this correctly. In the end - the hatest moment- they all ask for tips. And not only asking- they keep begging you to give any tips. Resorts need to change the with whom they work to provide an experience for the customers. I hope you guys will look and do something about it.

Beds are a bit hard and the resort is a little tired but the staff really make your holiday amazing. They are very attentive to guests, nothing is too much trouble! The selection of food is quite vast in the main restaurant, including bbq afternoon and evening outside and three Ala carte restaurants, Asian (chineese) is amazing, Italian not so much and I didn't try the Egyptian. It is more like a 4* than 5* but the people and service are deffo 5* the music is dated but funny entertainment. Child friendly.

We genuinely enjoyed it in this hotel one if the best hotels we’ve been too, thank you so much for welcoming us in Egypt! We really liked the food here the staff are very friendly and sweet and not to mention the best part about this hotel - its animation! We are fascinated by the shows and we became really close to the animation team they are so caring and friendly

So.. it was good holiday with animation team also show and activite it was graat i would like to say for ahmed thank you so much and also for par it was good drinks and about rooms it was clean and good everything really it was nice and for sure i will Come back again

Overall it was really nice week for us in April 24. I recommend. The quality price was quite right. Except the reception, generally quite friendly personal. Nice animation team. They keep us busy during the day and night with events and sports. Food was excellent and reach. I also liked the lunches at beach idea. İnternet can be improved.

A great holiday, a hotel worth returning to. Great service makes you feel like at home here. Wonderful and funny animators, especially Farrah, always smiling. Large swimming pool, few screaming children, spacious and beautiful beach. The best barman ever Hussein, who works at the beach bar. Food sufficient. Rooms clean, nicely decorated. The hotel is very recommendable, we will definitely come back again!!!

Everything was good , was brillant , the animators was very kindly but the best was Farag. Good foods , great music, funny peaple. Farag is the best.

On arrival english wasnt very good at the reception and he found it hard to understand the geordie accent the next day we were greeted by jasmin at the pool her english was fantastic and made us feel at ease answering any questions with a positive response and made us feel welcome in egypt 🇪🇬 we think that Jasmin should be promoted to greet all english guests as she has made our experience enjoyable and always goes out of her way to speak to us on a daily basis which made our holiday and trip to remember cant praise her enough for her attentiveness so i would recommend if you do come here and you are english jasmin will make you feel so welcome top marks for her .
