Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort - Hurghada

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean, and staff very friendly, spacious rooms, WiFi was good. Check in and out was great, atmosphere was great catered for relaxed and lively. Food there are numerous places to eat 3 x buffet restaurants, snack bars and al a carte all nice food and good selection. All staff were amazing, we mainly stayed at aqua blu side as staff were excellent here especially for us...cleaner, lifeguard, 3 melody bar staff, and buffet restaurant aqua blu aways attentive with getting a table and drinks, names of these staff are: Mahmoud Abdelrady- buffet waiter aqua blu Eslam ragab - cleaner fantastic Mostafa hassan - melody pool bar Abdellah ahmed - melody pool bar Arafat - melody pool bar Rahid- lifeguard at aqua blu pool Entertainment was good alanna, bebo, Jamie always came to us for a chat to get us to join in with the activities which we did a few occasions everyone was so friendly, we will definitely come back again

Everything was very good , the pools are amazing , we love snackbar & all the bars were fun and very respectfull staff they appreciate the little , housekeeping was amazing they cleaned the room everyday - it was all a perfect vacation for not so much € . Great hotel great staff I find they can’t do enough for you. Bar staff Hassan on the pool bar is the best very helpful restaurant staff are excellent. We even used the spa for a few treatments and all were brilliant. Lovely rooms very spacious, comfortable clean and tidy

Very clean hotel and attention to details is excellent. Rooms are lovely and spacious and comfortable. Lots of sun loungers with plenty of room for everyone. The staff are very friendly polite and helpful and can’t do enough for you. First time in Egypt and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Such a lovely place, very clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are so good, plenty of poolside seats and places to relax. Definitely come here again. 5-star service. Everyone from the bar staff to the cleaners and reception have been so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel , the staff are amazing and keep the place in a very clean state . A great choice of pools to choose from and you will never go thirsty as the bar staff especially Arafat will keep you topped up . Entertainment is put on most evenings .
