Pickalbatros Aqua Blu & Vista Resort - Hurghada

It was a great stay with kind and nice staff. From poolboys to service staff all was amazing and made our trip more wonderful. This hotel is really big and you could also use the two hotels next to it, where you find different offers for example a big aqua park. We liked also the evening program for adults and kids. The program changed every day, so you had much variety. We will come back very soon after the summer time, because this is too hot for us.

Arrival just before 9 at night, first impressions wasn’t good.. went to Ali-Bi restaurant just under reception It was due to close - these was cold chips rice and steak and gravy. We thought it looked like it needed a good clean to be honest. The steak we couldn’t eat it. Tough as old boots. Any way in the morning our first breakfast we went to Mediterranean restaurant… it’s was very nice Freshly baked bread, fresh waffles, omelettes, and eggs.. Loved it so much we had every meal here. The staff absolutely great couldn’t do enough for us. Especially Mohamed Reda Our Room was cleaned to a high standard everyday These was blood on my bed sheet the first night - not from me. So I took it off and it was changed the next morning. My friend was asked for €10 euros off Karem Mobarak. When she said she didn’t have any euro he then went to another table and asked other guess… I took a photo of his name badge. Needless to say he wasn’t happy. We had a problem getting into our room the cards just wouldn’t work 4 days out of 5 They told us we are keeping them near our phones We had a card done at reception left it in the cardboard holder, went straight to our room and it wouldn’t work… we were told they would get someone to fix it. But it was never repaired. Lobby bar staff were incredible. Cocktail was stunning. I would say to people staying at this hotel to be mindful of the staff.. working long hours and high temperatures.. we got some staff Pepsi. These enough waste in the all inclusive. So please be kind to the staff. Last thing I’ve never stayed anywhere with such rude people who never smile and never say Thank you to the staff….

IT was nice experience in this Hotel. Hotel is really clean and people are smiling. On the Rezeption, in Restaurant and everywhere staff are good. The menu is very well. Everyone can find everything what he needs. For all the people who cares about the health. Room is clean and comfortable. So we can recommend to visit!

First time to Egypt , Amazing hotel and place , staff can't do enough, food and drink lovely, beach and sea fantastic, definitely recommend, we will definitely be back , weather fantastic too , we went to the marina too which was lovely where you can book trips at a good price too

We liked the first view for the hotel, we’re interested to discover what is inside and it was very good the staff are very friendly and welcoming for all guests we’ve have been a several times in Egypt and this is a good one to count We like and we’d visit again

Good size rooms. Clean but can do with refurb as some tiles cracked in shower room. Food was repetitive not a great choice as other hotels as I’ve been too. Pools very clean / complex spotless / drinks are ok. Entertainment was ok for kids but for adults more could be done . staff worked hard Gabor Ali muhammed. Also restaurant staff . Oh and constantly getting pestered for excursions etc. have Been better hotels for less price . Would I return NO

Animation team were amazing! Special thanks too Kate and Alena and manchester.Great for a young couple who loves fun! Would 100% reccomend for all ages and people.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel and we will continue to come back! It is very good value for what you pay. The rooms are very clean and the staff are amazing. The animation team are fantastic always especially Alena Kate and Manchester! As returning guest we were treated even more incredibly than the first time! We always have an amazing time and look forward to the next visit! 10000% recommend!
