We had the most fabulous stay at the Taj Falaknuma Palace for 3 nights! It was an exhilarating experience with the best hospitality, food and experiences one could ask for. Mr. Nasir (F&B) and Mr. Rahul (Stay) ensured that every wish we had was met with attention to the tiniest detail to make everyday at the property more special than the last. The team at the hotel go above and beyond to make sure that every guest enjoys the majestic regal experience in the most hassle free way. They treat you like family - with special surprises through your stay to make every celebration at the property the most special one you have had so far. May it be organizing food and beverage options that are off the menu within a matter of a few hours, or taking time off their busy schedules to take the perfect photographs of you and your family or making sure that you don't leave the restaurant without a wholesome dessert experience - they've done it all! I would further like to mention a few names of the team members who added the magic to our stay at the hotel - Mr. S.V. Rao, Jahanavi from the front desk, Archana, Raghavi, Arfin, Santosh and Sudhakar at Adaa, Deepal, Arijit and the Bar team and Athisii at Celeste. I would definitely recommend the Taj Falaknuma Palace for a relaxing getaway in the bustling city of Hyderabad for anyone and everyone. We look forward to making this a yearly ritual!
