From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property, everything exceeded our expectations. The setting is lovely, service is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant was excellent. We had a large, beautifully appointed room with a terrace, which we truly enjoyed. But the best thing about this place is the location. It is close to everything with easy access to public transportation but you feel like you are miles away. The natural landscape is stunning and the resort makes every effort to respect and protect the environment. We visited the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros and highly recommend both! We feel very fortunate to have spent 3 wonderful days here and hope to be back again.

First, we were told by Hilton corporate the room could sleep 4 people and reserved accordingly. We had to take another room upon arrival at a discounted rate. Rooms are very nice but we were not able to figure out light switches. For example you cannot take a shower with lights on with lights off elsewhere. Breakfast is nice but they have real weird utensils and plates. Personnel is very polite and helpful, grounds are fantastic. Room service is ridiculous, 39 Euros for a Cesar Salad.

This hotel was such a wonderful escape and surprise! We are hilton diamond members and was upgraded to a king deluxe room with a hot tub. The hot tub overlooking nature was just so wonderful and relaxing. The bed was great and the room was beautifully decorated. The hotel restaurant was one of the best I have had included as a diamond member. You must try the eggs benedict, french toast, and pancakes. In addition, the lobster pasta for two was phenomenal and you cannot miss their vanilla ice cream. It was the best vanilla ice cream I have ever had in my life. The spa area was lovely as well, although we did not get a massage. It was a bit too cold for the beach, but the grounds of the property were so beautiful. They have several daybeds, a garden with lemon trees, and direct access to the beach. We checked in at 1am and the hotel ensured that there was a staff member available to check us in and walk us to our rooms. This was such a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking for an escape in the south of france!

Extremely relaxing and unique location, embedded within a protected natural reserve, besides a virgin beach but furnished with exquisite service and personnel. The rooms are renovated but keeping the legacy style of the buildings. Restaurant and spa are also providing a modern service but respecting the environment and history of the former activity of this location (Sea salt harvesters)

One of the best 5-star hotels we’ve been to globally. The service and attention to detail was spectacular. We stayed here for a wedding trip we had in Castel Bay and we’re beyond pleased with the hotel. Despite check-in being at 4pm, they helped us to check in at 1:30pm to be able to get ready on time for the wedding which was at 3:30pm. We stayed in the junior long suite and we wish we stayed here longer. The biscuits available to us were delicious, and the bath salt was heavenly. The hotel’s restaurant was incredible with all fresh ingredients from their own in house farm. They also had a food truck that had delicious club sandwiches. The service also included a 24/7 WhatsApp availability with the staff and we couldn’t be more pleased with this hotel. Will definitely come back!

Stanislav, one of the spa’s masseurs at is a proper physiotherapist and a very dedicated and competent masseur. I left feeling a completely new person ! Thank you Stan. I will come back for another massage with you soon.

The staff is wonderful - always thinking ahead on what you might need. They were very helpful in arranging activities for us. We had an early departure to catch a flight and they sent us on our way with fresh croissants!

This is a fantastic hotel in a beautiful environment. However, not all Hilton honors benefits apply and for families with small children may be disappointed as the spa cannot be used with children. All other guests may enjoy this new hotel

By far one of the best hiltons I have been in. Place is a must. Wonderful experience. Spa is great. Hammam on premise . And the best dinner I have ever had in a hotel. I have been to 4 Michelin restaurants in this trip and this restaurant here is as good! Do not miss!
