B&Bホテル・イエール(B&B Hotel Hyeres)

Unfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash. But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building. When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning. I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments. I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.

Functional and inhuman hotek but you should not expect to sleep if you are on the road side. The rooms give outdoors onto a very busy intersection with traffic, even in the middle of the night. Fortunately I had earplugs, but even then it was pretty loud.

Easy and free parking. Good location, old town reachable in 15 min. by feet. Overall a good choice for the price.

Bien situé, parking accessible, mais très bruyant du côté de l’avenue. Très fortes odeurs d’égouts vérifiées dans plusieurs chambres lors d’un séjour avec un groupe d’amis. Le petit déjeuner est assez quelconque. Lit en 160 avec couette en 160, ne bougez pas trop .

Excellent accueil. Patrons sympa. Endroit propre. Personnel aimable. Bien situé près de la gare et du centre ville. Silencieux malgré le passage des voitures. Attention à la douche, très glissante. Parking privé fermé et sécurisé. Petit déjeuner copieux. Bref, séjour agréable.
