Some places take your breath away at first sight, but it is the people who make those places truly unforgettable. Our stay at Villa Roses in Ičići was simply wonderful. Sanjin is an incredibly kind, flexible, and thoughtful host who was always ready to help. From the very first day, my family and I felt genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed. The apartment was beautiful- spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was always crystal clear, and our children, aged 3 and 7, spent countless happy hours playing there. Villa Roses exceeded all of our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay on the Croatian coast, and we are already looking forward to coming back! ❤️

Absolutelly caring host family. Clean & tidy all over. Pool area is very nice. Beautiful view from balcony. Short walk to the sea, harbour & beach, bistros, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Begining of may ist preseason, not every place is open. But there is enough.

Ett paradis Otroligt inbjudande och trevlig värdfamilj som gärna delar med sig av sina lokala tips. Boendet är precis lika fint och vackert beläget som bilderna visar. En rejäl backe att gå upp till för att komma dit men i övrigt inget negativt att säga.

Sauber, freundlich, hilfsbereit, großzügig! Sehr zu empfehlen!! Guter kleiner Pool! Schöne Terrasse! Parken im Ort gebührenpflichtig! Der schönste Strand ist in Rijeka und nennt sich Sablicevo. Günstige Restaurants sind Lucica und Galeb.

Unser Aufenthalt im Villa Roses Apartments war rundum wunderbar. 11 Nächte👍Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Ferienwohnung verfügte über zwei Toiletten und zwei Duschen, was besonders praktisch für eine Familie ist. Das gemütliche Bett sorgte für erholsame Nächte. Der große Balkon mit der fantastischen Aussicht war ein Highlight und lud zum Verweilen ein. **Gastfreundschaft:** Die Gastgeberfamilie ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie versorgen ihre Gäste mit vielen nützlichen Informationen und erklären alles Wichtige ausführlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. **Freizeitmöglichkeiten:** Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und die Liegen laden zum Entspannen ein. Hier kann man den Tag genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. **Fazit:** Unser Aufenthalt im Villarosa war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung.
