Checked ✔️ in the hotel 🏨 . What a gross 🤢 one 1️⃣. The room is cramped with no desk or table. Mattress is flimsy like 👍 those from Fantastic Furniture 🪑 level in Sydney. Bed head is made of some cheap metal spring. Bedside table is smaller than a milk 🥛 crate. No vanity in the bathroom 🚽 - only a sink. WiFi in the room is sketchy. Cups are made of thin plastic, so thin that you can flatten it even when holding it up ⬆️ when drinking, more flimsy than a takeaway coffee cup ☕️. Breakfast 🥞 is awful 😞. Overall it’s a grotesque experience from head to toe. Tour member reminded me to request a chance of room as some of them did get an okay 👍 one 1️⃣. I followed the advice and finally got a better one 1️⃣ in the second night of my stay. Hence my TripAdvisor rating has changed from 1/5 to 3/5. At least they have make some improvement. They have an awesome view on the balcony.

After reading the reviews and looking at pictures of this hotel we booked it as it looked amazing. But unfortunately I wouldn’t say this is 5* more like a 3. I cannot fault the service of the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel. The waffle corner is great and everyone couldn’t do enough for you. What lacks is choices for children and younger couples. The park on the pictures looked a bit basic but in person it was more derelict if anything. My son cut his legs from going down the slide and it just wasn’t safe. We left 3 days into our holiday as there just wasn’t anything to do. The entertainment wasn’t there, no children’s buffet like it says/shows in the pictures, pool was freezing (I didn’t see one person in it) it is in walking distance to shop and bars. The hotel itself is fine, slightly outdated but ok, I just personally think if you have been on a 5* holiday before, don’t expect the same. This isn’t to slander the hotel or staff at all, it is more to make younger families with children aware that it probably isn’t the best hotel for you, as if I had saw a review like this I probably would’ve booked elsewhere.

She have done done microblade also. And then I had treatment straighter staying in last six months My hair so so shiny, more bright more straight They are very professional they do very good job and then everyone speak in the shop English The price is so cheap I want recommend everyone

I am writing this review on our last day of a 10 night stay at this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived we have experienced fantastic service. The hotel is in a great location and has its own private beach. Rooms are cleaned to a good standard daily and the mini bar is restocked with water, soft drinks and snacks daily. The food selection is superb with everything you could need. Drinks and cocktails are also very good. But what really makes this hotel so good is its staff. Everyone of the fantastic team at this hotel go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Constantly asking if they can get you anything else. Really friendly too and always with a big smile and happy to share a laugh. We have had a great holiday and would 100% return to this hotel.

Having just returned from 10 days all inclusive at the Aqua Hotel I wanted to praise this hotel and its staff for a terrific holiday. This was our first trip to Turkey and we were very impressed. We’ve had other all inclusive holidays but this is the best by far. On our arrival late on the first day we had our bags collected and taken to our room then we were offered something to eat despite it being a late hour. Our room was comfortable and included a free safe and fridge which was stocked each day with complimentary water, soft drinks, milk and nibbles. Most unusual in our experience. Normally have to pay for these things. The pool area and grounds are extensive with plenty of outside catering and bars. Plus there is an ice cream and waffle bar. There is a beach just outside the hotel grounds with lots of free loungers and umbrellas for guests only. The outside pool wasn’t heated but was warm enough although there is a heated inside pool through the spa. We had spa treatments which were excellent and good value. The food was very good with lots of choice. The fry-up brigade may not agree as there is no bacon or pork on offer but this is more than made up for by the other meats available. The most important thing to mention in this review is the staff. They can’t do enough for you. Whether it be the restaurant waiter, bar staff or entertainment crew. They were all brilliant. Don’t try and get your own drinks, just ask. A special mention from us goes to Gizem in the spa and waiters Ishak/Isaac, Sammy and our regular meal waiter whose name I’m not sure of but who was constantly attentive. The evening entertainment was of a very good quality and very enjoyable. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and laidback. Thank you to all the staff for a most enjoyable stay.
