There were 12 of us, all mixed ages from toddler to 58. The hotel was always clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Pool area and bar were exceptional. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing i would agree with on the negative reviews is it’s not 4 star quality as us brits know it but we couldn’t fault it. We ate out a lot but there was always something we could have eaten if we had wanted. They catered for children. The bar staff were always polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The alcoholic drinks were perfect and not watered down at all. If anything they have triple measures! The hotel rep sorted all out trips and we got some fabulous deals. However there are two sides to this hotel and the side for adult only is run down. We were in the other side as we had children with us. So ignore all the negativity. If you want a nice, relaxed traditional Turkish holiday The Munamar beach resort is perfect and for the price you can’t really grumble. We paid £780 for 10 days flights and holiday. If you want luxury then obviously this isn’t the hotel for you.

The reviews on here plus the pictures provided by Loveholidays do not represent this hotel. Please consider this review before booking. We made a mistake booking this hotel. We would never return and advise no one books this hotel. The hotel is poorly built. The doors have gaps and cut in odd shapes. You have no privacy due to these gaps. The doors are not opened by your standard modern magnetic card. You have a physical key with a card attached to slot into the electric. This way of opening the door isn’t the issue. The issue is in night. If you enter your room and want to lock the door. You can’t see the key hole because the card attached to the key needs to go into the power! We experienced a power cut whilst at the hotel and there’s no emergency lighting in the hotel. We had to walk round a totally dark hotel using our phone light as torches. If you over 5ft 8 and want to sit on the toilet, good luck. There is a wall right in front of the toilet so you will be sat at an angle guaranteed. You will see from the pictures how poorly built this hotel is. The food is the same each night. Intact the food is reused and made into other dishes. One evening there is pasta, the next evening it is the same pasta with cheese on top. We asked one of the staff if the food is reused and they confirmed it! The hotel is advertised as all inclusive but doesn’t include ‘all’. We queried this and was told only ‘ultra inclusive’ includes all. The all inclusive doesn’t include any known brands. The spirits are limited. There’s no cocktails. You have to pay for Turkish coffee. You are served small glasses with ice. This makes no logical sense. You constantly have to ask for another drink. You are not allowed to enter the restaurant with a bikini. The hotel is so boring. There is no entertainment. The music is slow versions of actual songs. The WiFi connection is very poor so you can’t even listen to Apple Music or use your phone. You can connect but can’t use the internet. So slow. There is one iron in the whole hotel. You have to wait for next guest to bring it back. The hotel are connected with Jimmy aka Ahmed from Mavisel who mis-sold us trips. When asking them to connect us with him. They wouldn’t. There is a bar connected to the hotel but is not part of it. You have to pay for it. There is a fridge in the room which had 3 bottles of water on arrival. This was never refilled throughout the stay. I hope you make an informed decision based on this review.

Everything about our stay at the hotel was just amazing! I would specifically also like to mention that the food was out of this world. Absolutely everything was lovely. All the staff from the reception, bell boy, security EVERY SINGLE PERSON friendly and so helpful-to a fault. I truly feel I would like to mention a few of them as every day of the 10 days we were there, went above and beyond! The reception, I would like to mention Nuray Emre. Oh my goodness. She knew everything and we could ask her about anything, if she didn’t know (and that was only a couple of times) she would find out immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. In the dining room everyone was fantastic every meal. I would like to mention that Hakan Yusuf Muhammet Görkem And each person was beyond helpful, friendly and even entertaining. Offered us drinks the minute we sat down. They saw to our dirty plates taken away before we asked. We were truly blown about the outstanding service. Because of them we will definitely be returning. Hopefully at least twice a year. Our housekeeper at the time (lady who did our room) was so so friendly and when she did the room it was pristine! The only query I/we have is why it’s not a 5 STAR hotel. We have never been this impressed with a family hotel that was affordable, beautiful and of this standard.

The resort is beautiful we would love to come back. The location and closeness of all the pools and beach is great and a small 5 minute walk in to the town. The food has been lovely only issue has been asking for cocktails and being told no a few times. We had the interconnecting family room and the views were stunning, a beautiful part of Turkey.

6 yıl sonra tekrar aynı yerde konaklama fırsatı buldum. Ilk ziyaretimde olduğu gibi, yine aynı şekilde çok memnum kaldım. Otel personeli çok yardım sever, ilgili ve çok güler yüzlü. Özellikle Afyon'lu hemşerim oda görevlisi hanımefendi (ismini hatırlayamadım). Eğer kendisine ulaşma imkanım olursa çok sevinirim. Kendisine hoşçakal deme fırsatım olmadı malesef ve çok üzüldüm :( Gerek merkezi konumu, gerek sakinliği, gerek güler yüzlü personeli dolayısıyla bu oteli tavsiye ediyorum

It’s a beautiful place! Nice views, sea, delicious food and polite staff ☺️ you can safely come here to enjoy your holiday. This hotel chain also has a hotel in Kemer, which also catches the imagination. It’s great that the staff takes care of your guests ☺️
