The service was terrible. We went to check in at 3:00, when we are allowed to and we’re told we couldn’t check in till 3:30. We chose to wait in the lobby and at 3:45, we asked and they said it still wasn’t ready. They didn’t offer any other suggestions. We asked if they had a different room that was available, they did, so we were able to get into that room just shy of 4. Over an hour after we are supposed to be able to check in. Then our door key card reader’s battery died, and we weren’t able to get into our room. The front desk staff were very rude when that happened. We had to go down to the lobby 4 times before they were able to get us into the room. Each time they would see us and turn to a guest that was after us in like and help them first. Very rude and terrible service. All night they also had all of the dirty bedsheets in piles in the hallway. Would not recommend based solely on the service.

Great room and nice hotel. Room could have been vacuumed. Lobby staff could have been nicer/more welcoming. Not much by the hotel to walk to besides a Sheetz. Easily drivable, easy parking, and overall a great choice for a safe and quiet night stay. Room itself is nice and comfortable for a quick overnight stay.

Although it happens at times. Our first night was accompanied by an annoying ticking noise, mostly likely coming from the vent. The staff was kind enough to change our room since they couldn’t find the source of the noise. Additionally I was told the stay will not be added to my Bonvoy points…BOO!

Our room was very spacious with a king bed, desk, couch, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. The whole suite was extremely clean and it was nice and quiet. We had plenty to eat at the continental breakfast downstairs in the lobby. We were on vacation but it would be a perfect place ti stay3 for someone travelling to do business as well.

We had a very nice trip, hotel accommodations were great along with all staff and bar staff. Will definitely make this my hotel when in the area.

We were only there for one night just for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze and the staff working the front desk were very friendly and personable. Its nice to walk in to check in and be greeted by smiles. We will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is clean and has a nice crowd in the lobby- families and well-behaved clientele. Breakfast was very good, the hotel is located conveniently off the highway. It was everything I would want in a one-night stay-over.
