Unbelievably clean, great location, efficient and friendly staff all at an unbelievable Bruce break.

Perfect service

My preferred place to stay in Sebastian! Clean, convenient and the staff is always friendly and eager to assist with our travel needs! All of this plus it is affordable!!

The water pressure in the shower was incredibly weak. Also, you must run the water for a minimum of 15 minutes for it to get remotely warm. The room had a very musky, humid, chemical smell at all times. When I asked if we could switch to a different room, they told us everything was booked up. I told them the issues with the room, and they agreed with me basically saying that they were already aware of the poor facilities.

I was disappointed in my stay at this Best Western. The front desk staff was not interested in helping the customer. When I checked in they were unwilling to adjust the price of my stay to accommodate the Best Western membership, AAA or AARP discount that I had. The remote for the TV didn’t work and when I went to the desk no one could be found on multiple occasions until change of shift. Also a customer came in to ask for a price for that night and they quoted them a price $50 less then my ******* price. We visit this area often and we won’t stay here again.

First hotel in a long time that had a roach. The front desk person did not seem happy to be there. The room next door and hallway were noisy. Being on the second floor we could here footsteps pounding from above. I understood this is a remodel, but paint job not finished. Headboatd noisy for even normal sleepers.

Room had a musty smell and wiped down the phone and remote they were dirty. Stacey was great at checking. Breakfast was good. Place was close to Earl’s Hideaway where our friends band was playing! Happy New Year

The breakfast is very nice and delicious. The egg and sausage are tasty and better than the ones we had in Hyatt House.

It was amazing stay at the best wester plus, friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast and reasonably priced.
