ニュー ホテル コレクション ハーバーサイド(New Hotel Collection Harbourside)

I booked this facility online and was extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel was excellent in all ways and the staff was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you will need. The second room had its own refrigerator and coffee maker Access to just about anything you will need is within walking distance. It also has a water park attached to the property which is very convenient for families with children. The morning we were going to check out my husband got up not feeling well. I went to the check in and Maddie was very helpful in getting me information to reserve another night. I spoke with Dustin in reservations and he helped me book another nights stay. Jim McAvoy was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Mariah was helpful with my checkout. I found out while I was there that I had stayed at another one of their hotels in Indian Shores a couple of years ago. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will stay again when I go back. Called a “resort” because of kids water park. Basically a hotel room. Too many failings to type but a $30 a day resort fee which was for their Wi-Fi, clean linen, public on street parking and 1 park pass. Front office staff not welcoming with complaints/questions. Upon checkout I informed GM I was going to give this place horrible reviews he said he was sorry to hear that and then walked away. Did nothing to inquire or resolve. Fortunately, Nicole at corporate reservations stepped up and made “right” with me by using common sense.

The noise from the adjoining apar**ent was as if they and their kids were in bed with us, it was that loud with no sound insulation. The toilet did not work and the beds were worse than a flop house. For $180 a night it was a travesty.

We had no sheets on the beds and no extra blankets and no one to call to get the beds made. Rooms were dirty and doors were broke! We really would appreciate our money back or something

Used to stay here every time when we came down but this last time was definitely the worst. Had to beg to get clean towels, and had to call multiple times to ask. We were supposed to be there for 11 nights but ended up leaving after 7 because it was terrible. Room smelled, heat and or air wouldn’t work.

The accomodations, location, cleanliness were all great. Would stay here again!

worst part of the experience was the check in, or to be more precise finding where to check in there is nothing to indicate what building is the lobby and it's not connected to the building with the rooms. so I spent like an hour trying to find the lobby. once I finally did get inside and talked to the staff things went smoothly after that. the only thing I saw that was anything of a sign you could only read if you where standing right next to the door. I need something I can spot as I'm driving so i don't pass the building several times, thinking it's something else as I'm looking for a sign. also would of been nice to have blackout curtains on the windows even though it did get mostly dark at night. and would of also been nice to have some rugs under the table the hardwood looks nice but was dam cold to try to stand on. aside from that though it was a really nice room, far bigger and better equipped than I would of expected for the price. so all in all it was a good deal even with the problems I still think it's worth going back.

Staff was nice and helpful, property is outdated with limited parking. You have to pay for room service and take your trash out to avoid fee. Water system needs updating.
