Called a “resort” because of kids water park. Basically a hotel room. Too many failings to type but a $30 a day resort fee which was for their Wi-Fi, clean linen, public on street parking and 1 park pass. Front office staff not welcoming with complaints/questions.
Upon checkout I informed GM I was going to give this place horrible reviews he said he was sorry to hear that and then walked away. Did nothing to inquire or resolve.
Fortunately, Nicole at corporate reservations stepped up and made “right” with me by using common sense.
