最高のロケーション。黄金の屋根はすぐ近くです。部屋は素晴らしく、広々としており、フルキッチンと無料のミルクがありました。私たちは 1 泊だけ滞在しました。数泊以上予約したい場合、タオルの交換とハウスキーピング/部屋の清掃には料金がかかりますのでご了承ください。また、予約する前には気づきませんでしたが、宿泊には追加の観光料金がかかります。記憶では 1 人あたり約 35 ユーロです。

Construction going on. No AC in the property so had to open the windows to bugs and construction. Water from the bathroom spills over to the living room if towels are not kept sufficiently. Extra towels.are $2 Euro each.

The owner is very obviously a sad man. Yelled at me over the phone for a simple mistake, denied me the ability to stay in the room I paid for while my wife, two small children, and sisters who were visiting from overseas were standing there waiting to get in. He argued I was trying to “scam” him, yet asked him for every way to make it right, but he refused. If anything, I was the one who got scammed. Do not book here, ever. No matter how good the location might be, you’re not guaranteed your stay, evidently. Scummy ownership if I’ve ever experienced it. One star (the minimum rating you can give on this site) is 6 stars too many.

I wish I could give this zero stars. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We just arrived today on a family vacation, eager to see and visit Innsbruck. After a full day of travel and getting in late we were told to pay the tax, then we could enter, which we did. He then very rudely refused us access bc we had 1 more adult than was booked. Our accidental mistake, but we offered to pay more and he denied us access and refund, and was the exact opposite of hospitable. He was down right awful to us. Ruined our night in Innsbruck and we are just headed back to Germany. Cannot stress how unprofessional this man is, and clearly the rest of the bad reviews don’t lie. Take our advice, find another option.

Possibly the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at. Extremely rude staff - combined with an overpriced, dirty room. I struggle to explain how bad this "apartment hotel" is. If I were a bit more cautious, I would have read the other reviews before booking. I struggle to communicate how much you should avoid this hotel if you read this. Please...do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.

We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant and easily accessible once you check in. The process took only a few minutes and was very easy. The building felt very secure, clean, and safe. Apartment- The apartment itself had two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, a kitchen, and a nice large bathroom. The space was very clean and modern, and gave us ample room to spread out as a family. The air conditioning wasn't strong, but the windows were able to be opened and let in a welcomed cool breeze. Location- You CANNOT BEAT the location of this apartment. I honestly had no idea when we booked it how great it is. Located in the main square of the city, you simply have to look up for the apartment building entrance to see the Golden Roof. Almost everything the city has to offer is within steps of the building entrance and easily walk-able.
