「This hotel was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover in Oklahoma with super friendly staff and a large and comfortable room with large TV and available HDMI port for your own device. Rate was extremely competitive that included overnight parking. Location is excellent as only a few minutes from the entertainment hub that is Bricktown. The memorial gardens are also only a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Oklahoma is one of the cleanest cities I’ve visited in the US and the gardens are a testimony to the resolve shown by the city following such tragedy.」
「The staff wee nice and very accommodate and helpful. The room are big and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were standard size. Nice clean towels. Have mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. But unfortunately in our room have no coffee bag. Breakfast was small only waffle and juice available. Overall we has a nice stay.」
Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!
There was no food provided. It was also a very crazy night with not having rooms cleaned and available when needed! And still was trying to provide room keys to dirty rooms. Very disappointed!
