They have done some amazing updates to the rooms! I've been here many times over the years and this upgrade was impressive! I'm a single mom, my kids and I can coexist anywhere that there is a hot tub in our bedroom 😂 it's the best of both worlds! Thanks for making a weekend away special for me and my girls. We will keep coming every year!!

Close to the slopes and local Bars / Restaurants. Dunkin is only 0.5 miles away. Simple & economical. Excactly what I need when I head to the slopes in the N. Conway area.

Sweet little Village inn very affordable and clean. It looks like it's family run, although I didn't get a chance to ask. Very clean. Showers worked great. Just far enough away from the traffic and noise of North Conway but still close enough to all the ski slopes, shopping, hiking. I've been there twice and I definitely would go back again.

We have stayed here seven times in two years, that is because this place is perfect! The rooms are nice, especially the ones with the balcony. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is good too. I highly recommend it!

Very enjoyable and easy check-in & check-out. Only issue was lots of ice between car and room.

It would have been nice to have had a better explanation of your/there pet policy! I did a search for pet friendly lodging and this hotel was on the list. But was inform on arrival that I had to pay an additional pet fee! 50.00 dollars I’m was not happy

We were in the white mountains region for hicking and it is a Really good place and location for that, right beside many nice hike. Would appreciate to have a recycle bin in the room. Week-end breakfast was good.

I would not recommend, my room smelled like cigarette smoke very badly even though it was a non smoking room. It seemed like they try to clean the smell out but was just left with a chemical cigarette smell. I had to call them late at night due to the fact we didn’t get into our hotel room until then. The man was very rude and unprofessional due to the fact that I had called late at night. He then started arguing with me when I told him that I couldn’t stay in said hotel room due to the smell. He did offer me another room but that room smelled the same as the first room. Ended up leaving this hotel that night and had to find another.

Check in wasn’t great. The man behind the desk was not overly friendly. Room was good. Breakfast was good. Pretty clean. Bed was very cozy. Bring your own pillows because those were so very hard and lumpy. Overall pretty nice.
