過去2年間、ノボテルイプスウィッチに何回滞在したか数えられなくなりましたが、6ヶ月間滞在しませんでした。ホテルは地元のパブ、レストラン、近くのマリーナがあるイプスウィッチの町の中心部に非常によく位置しているので、何も変わっていません。スタッフはとても親切で丁寧で、部屋は常に高い水準です。私の唯一の不満は、Wi-Fiが常にヒットし、ミスされていることです。

父としばらくホテルを見学し、立地や設備にこだわると、このホテルがバックにとって最高のバンであることが分かった。スタッフは絶対にプロフェッショナルで、特にヘザーは食事やレジャーの場所についての提案に非常に役立ちました。絶対に再び滞在し、この場所が提供するより多くのものを見るのを待つことができません

Booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, was next to each other had been emailed about disruptive noise from building works whilst we were there but as we arrived around 5pm saw no evidence of any works luckily. Room was clean but tired guess that’s why they’re refurbishing. my bed sheets had a rip in them which you’d think would be considered a reject by housekeeper rather than left on the bed,first impressions…No plug in the bath so couldn’t use it , plug socket only on one side of the bed. No water in room and vending machine not working but the night staff gave us a small jug of water. My daughter heard loud music above their room all night which was annoying, she wasn’t going to go to reception in the night so when she told them in the morning they couldn’t do anything about it,as “they’d already had their stay”. Overall not bad but could improve.

Had dinner here with family for an anniversary. It's in a lovely setting right on the front of the marina .The restaurant is nicely decorated and the ambience is good. Waited quite a while for our drinks and first course which was very nice, unfortunately my main course was not very hot so had to ask for it to be heated up again, quite a wait sitting there watching everyone else eat. The dinner i had wasn't that great unfortunately don't think we would go back it is quite expensive.

I had a great stay at this hotel, Jonny on reception was brilliant help and was very knowledgeable. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. Booking was easy am a good price too. Would highly recommend to friends or business colleagues.

Was a lovely experience to stay in Ipswich, staff was lovely at holiday inn and was a lovely atmosphere and environment for me and my children for our weekend away so thank you so much for the lovely experience 😊
