房間是重新裝修過的，比較新。衞生狀況表面還可以，咖啡壺非常臟。早餐結束時間太早了。地理位置很好，周邊購物和餐飲非常方便。

While this hotel is in a great location, the room we stayed in really needed some basic cleaning, updating, and overall care. Our room had a used fork in it on the floor from a previous guest. The bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There was evidence of a leak on the floor as the door, trim, and area behind the toilet were all water-damaged. The breakfast was good but lacking in some items (we came 2 hours before they stopped serving). I've stayed in several Holiday Inns and this was one of the worst.

It was very clean and the standard room was laid out well and seemed bigger than I expected. I would absolutely stay there again.

I was disappointed with the amount of mold/mildew visibly present in the bathroom and on the window sill. Visible mold/mildew was on the bathrooms mirror and on the bottom of the shower curtain. The window sill was literally black from either dirt or mold/mildew when I went to up the shade.

Check in was like a joke. Two people there, one disappeared. The one checking us in kept mumbling; I finally realized he had his phone on speaker and was talking to someone. Really??? You can't hang up and focus on customers? At this point there are 3 others waiting after me. Still no one else helping. Our bill went thru my credit card at 10:30, then again at check-in. I asked for receipt, he says he can't print one because we booked with a 3rd party ((*******). I said you ran my card here and it billed, yet you can't print a receipt?? He says yep, I'll have the manager call you when she comes in.....still waiting on that call. So-breakfast; they have oatmeal in little carton. Instructions say add water, microwave. I put the water in and ask where's the microwave? Answer- "we don't have one." Seriously?? I'm betting there are better options nearby.

First room I was placed in had a significant crack in the window. It was a room on the 4th floor - unsafe. I was told hotel was booked to capacity. I booked 2 queen beds and the room was a king. I was traveling with children. After complaining, a room with 2 queens mysteriously became available. I moved rooms again. Unfortunately, I found a love baby roach on the bathroom. Thankful it’s only overnight. Never again.

For this hotel having a "very good" rating i could not believe how dirty, dated, and gross the rooms were! There was a large payched hole in our ceiling that looks like it could've collapsed at any time! I wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again!

Basic overnight accommodations. Place is starting to show its age. Have stated there before. Staff were friendly enough. Barroom looks really run Dow. Clean but needing updating. Murrow needed replacing.
