Crumbs located in multiple areas in our room. Bathroom sink slow to drain.

The property was advertised as renovated, however, upon arrival, it appeared renovated mostly in the lobby area. I took the elevator to my room and I could smell old carpeting. My daughter kept sneezing perhaps due to the old dust smell. The toilet backed up. The staff unclog it but failed to clean the mess he created in the bathroom. I had to call front desk and ask that they send him back to clean the area. I left my room and upon arrival, the bed was made but the kleenex tissue box was not replaced, neither was the ice bag. I called the front desk to have the tissue box replaced but housekeeping never came, so I went down to pick it up. I was very disappointed. The hotel was rated 4 stars. I would give it 2.5 stars. There were others issues I dealt with but I am tired of typingg.

Wonderful staff, great location, beautiful hotel. Wished they had a hot tub. But beautiful terrace overlooking the water.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, but we were told our room would be ready by 1230 and didn’t receive a call when it was ready. I called around 130 and they told us the room would be ready by 3-4pm. The room key was finally given to us by 3pm. Other than that the location and stay was fine. There was a lady who was working the evening who could have been a bit nicer when I asked her for water but overall the stay was fine

I had a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed from December 30, 2023, until January 1st. Two nights they never cleaned our room, never made the bed, we slept with the same sheets, and we never received clean towels. I went to the front desk to file a complaint, but they never resolved anything. The second night on Decembre31, I made the complaint again around 7 pm when we returned to the hotel and our room was not cleaned . The person at the front desk (a white guy, unfortunately I don't know his name) told me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could check out the hotel. Very rude and discourteous person. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. I was not the only guest with this issue.

Staff was great and the room was comfortable! The only thing I noticed a bit was the cleanliness in the elevators.

The key cards took a few minutes to work to open the door to the room. I wish wi-fi didn't cost money to use. The workout area was nice. The treadmill worked well and i appreciated the tv screen

The hotel was in a very good location, convenience to different places, and he is access. Also the staff was excellent and accommodating with easy check in his checked out. NoComplaints with this state.

My sister and I traveled to the Las Colinas área to run the Irving Frost Half Marathon. The hotel was perfect for race day and the night before. We parked, walked to pick up our race packets at the Toyota Music Factory, walked back to the hotel and, later that evening walked back to the TMF area for dinner. Race day was a breeze, walking over to the starting line and then back after the race. The hotel was nice, bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was wonderful after a long run. We had a great experience.
